Great customer satisfaction

I have been always had the pleasure of working with Jim G. I have previously leased 2 vehicles from them and recently bought a 2023 CR-V ex. I love it! The team at Victory did everything they could to make sure to get my payments to what I needed them to be for me to buy this. I am very appreciative that they worked with me to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Thank you Jim G. and the rest of the team for their great service!

Went to dealership for recall service and they had the

Went to dealership for recall service and they had the car a week for a 2.4 hour repair. Didn’t mind that so much but every time I called to get update on car they were not responsive only apoplectic. Then when I picked up the car it had fast food trash in it. I would have thought after they had the car for a week I could have at least gotten a free car wash if they were so apologetic. A little disappointed with the whole experience with there service mostly because they did not reach out to me to keep me informed.

Make sure to ask about mandatory dealer add ons

I purchased a new car from them recently. The Good: They worked with me on a difficult trade in situation. They had inventory The salesman was honest about the value of going with a CRV Touring vs an EXL trying to save us some money. The Bad The dealer add-ons were not on paper. So I had no idea I paid extra for some things that I probably would not have paid for until I sent emails back and forth. I reached out to them and we discussed the difference and ultimately they offered to make it better and didn't blow me off. Which means they are trying to do well by their customers. I will just warn you to make sure they fully disclose the sticker vs what you are paying.

0/10 do not recommend

Finance person (Gavin Riegslecker) left out very important information when selling extended warranty information. He was very pushy (which is why I initially agreed). I told him numerous times I wasn’t interested. One of the reasons being all three of their locations are about 40 minutes from me. Too far to drive for maintenance. He pushed and pushed though. When I went back a couple days later to take delivery I asked to not go through with the warranty. He told me the dealer had already paid for the warranty and I couldn’t cancel it. My car was a cash purchase…why would the dealer pay for a warranty for a car they hadn’t been paid for yet?!? Until the car is actually paid for it isn’t technically sold. When I originally ordered the car I was given an approximate delivery date only for it to be pushed out over a month (which I guess is normal now days). I had to wait a month for window tint and remote start because they have these things done by third party. Wasted money on the remote start. It doesn’t even work and the dealer insist it is normal (a Honda thing they said). I would not recommend buying from Victory Honda in Monroe and have made sure to tell everyone I do not recommend this dealer

Hello

Went to buy a used vehilce, took hours to get paperwork completed. Dealership actually closed by time we were done. Had pointed out that there were dead animals in the grill, were supposed to be cleaned out before we took vehicle. They were not. Found out taillight out on drive home. And now have to have mechanic look at it as multiple indicator lights going off. So much for their 100 point inspection. Would never recommend buying a vehicle there or getting one repaired.

Always amazing

Been a customer for 6 years. Jim G has been my go to guy. Always friendly and superful helpful. He and his team always work hard to get my what I want and need. From my time with them when my car ( not from them)died in the parking lot. Even with bad credit They had my driving home that day in something newer and reliable. To this week driving home in the exact brand new car I have been wanting and helping me get rid of negativity equity from previous trade ins. I wont go anywhere else.

Lying on Pricing

I went in the dealership because the sales person (Maz) called me to see if I was interested in a new lease as he was trying to meet his sales budget for the month and year. I walk into the dealership hoping he would be able to crack some good deal for me, which would be the expectation of any buyer. The first time he called me in was on a Friday at lunch, when he told me he will get me a Honda Accord 2019 for under $300. I asked him that this was real given, Honda Accord's are more expensive than that. He said those are 2019's and as 2020's are out, he needs to get rid of them as fast as possible. On Friday, they didnt give me a response, instead called me in on Saturday saying the Corporate buyer is coming in and he will get me a better deal. I wasted about an hour and half at the dealership and they ended up getting me a quote of $350 a month with $1000 due at signing. Obviously I was not looking for that price and I rejected his offer, and then later texted him saying that he should have not lied to me to get me in the door. His response was very astonishing and this is what he said - "Prove it that you belong to a reasonable family and your blood is pure". He added to say that I never lied in my life. This shows the kind of sales person this dealership has and how disgusting they are when we tell them the truth. Will never buy a car from that dealership ever again in my life.
