Arrived at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment, took over two hours for a basic oil change, nothing else, nothing else was done. Should not take that long for an oil change. The service tech was swamped. It took way too long to get my car even after it was ready there was no one there to help him. The car was sitting out front for 15 minutes, done, and I was just waiting to pay the bill.

My Mustang was picked up, and dropped off, love that service!! Anthony was on constant communication with me the whole experience. A Tech was able to fix my issue during the diagnostic process, I expected to pay upwards of $900 for the repair. When Anthony told me the good news, it strengthened my love for Ford.
