Worst experience with them. Say one thing and do another. Would never give them my business. All set to purchase a vehicle with them, shook hands with two people and even confirmed in writing the deal twice. Came back a few days later for the paperwork and all of a sudden that was not the deal anymore. The finance guy Steve even then blamed the sales guy Jason and basically called him an idiot. Meanwhile Jason and manager Matt confirmed the deal before I left days before. So you have two idiots working for you??? I just have no words!!!! Wasted my time and would never recommend them to any of my friends or family. Not even a stranger!

Wasn't confusing at all and didn't need to be. It was very straight forward. You guys said one thing and then changed it when it came time to sit down with finance. I explained a deal I had with another Ford dealership and why it would make more sense to go with them and you came back with this deal to make it work with you guys. I walked and said let me look at everything and get my exact payout from my current car and confirmed not once but twice what you were offering me. Happy to upload the text exchange of what was confirmed if need be!! Wrote you back that I was all set to move forward and came down to finalize the paperwork. So your response above does not apply here. Please take ownership of your misstep and false sale practices.

Service Manager doesnt return phone calls.
Service Manager doesnt return phone calls. They give you the run around about when you'll get your vechile back and whats going to be services. My transmission blew before warranty was up and it was a horrible experience trying to get it fixed Fast forward 2 months later I get the truck back and they rebuilt the transmission. BUT in the process somewhere broke the dipstick bracket and returned it to me that way. The tranny dipstick is just wobbling around while driving eventually causing it to break AGAIN Which is what they said happened and why my tranny blew the first time. (because water came in thru the broken dipstick ) Since I picked it up hasn't returned 1 call or anything to rectify they problem they caused. Stripped the nut didnt attach the bracket and now im still chasing them. Chris Rielly does belong working with people because he clearly cant call back or return calls or transfer messages. Oh and when you ask for a receipt for your deductible payment he wrote in pen on your servic3 slip. Like how unprofessional is that.

will not ever do business there again .took my 2002 f150 there to change transmission fluid .could not supply a ride home to south norwood up dean/wash 72years old w/arthritic knees.later that day madden called to say machanic would not work on my truck.too old and rusty...picked up truck next am. went up the street to carmax and bought a 2022 dodge truck paid cash 40000.00 your loss madden.

Review so far: Normal 20k service & inspection sticker + whatever Ford had indicated for my bronco. Car was picked up at home yesterday morning (that service is nice)....... BUT I still don't have it back 24 hours later. Promised contacts for updates have not happened on time, no one picks up the phone other than the dealer operator, no one is responding to texts currently. Can't even assess the actual work done because it is a total black hole. Right now a total "incomplete" and I am left without any vehicle.
