Called on 12/19/2025 and asked for Joe for info. on a 2026 F-450 Lariat. Secretary said he would call me back. Haven't heard from him yet. Will move on to someone interested in selling a truck. It seems so hard to give $90,000 away these days.

Wrote to them asking about a Ford Superduty Limited. Was prepared to drive to NY to purchase that weekend. Never heard a word from them.

I filled out a form online asking for their best price on a used truck they had listed online. The only email in response was one sentence asking when I wanted to see the truck. I responded back that I live far away and want to get pricing set in stone first. I never got a response after that. I'm not going to drive over 150 miles to see a vehicle and then get the run around on pricing after the fact. If a dealer doesn't want to do business via e-mail (good to get stuff in writing to keep everybody honest), then I'm not going to be a customer. There are plenty of other F-150's out there...

Always owned Dodge. Recently went to Chevy first and then Marchese and ended up buying a new F250 in September 2016. Very good experience and competitive prices.
