Top notch car dealer. Thank you.

Hi there, I'd recommend this dealer to anyone. After listening carefully to my input, Bob Waite steered me toward the perfect solution, a black 2014 base model Legacy (I want a stick and only the base models have this), with added heated leather interior and fog lamps. I love this car! I've bought 7 Subarus since 1986 (with a few Toyotas thrown in) and the 2014 Legacy is the best solution yet. No need for expensive "packages". Get the base, 6 speed with added leather. Fun! Thanks North End

Excellent service, excellent vehicles, and excellent...

Excellent service, excellent vehicles, and excellent prices. Greg at North End Subaru answered all our questions and created such a positive experience that we ended up buying a car on our first visit, even though we were not committed to buying upon walking in. The environment was friendly, with no hassle and no pressure. We all know sales staff work on commission and depend on sales volume to make a living, but Greg never made us feel like just another customer and never pressured us. Just answered our questions, explained features, took us on a test drive, gave us time and space to talk over our decision in private, and provided an all-around top-notch experience. Subaru cars are an excellent choice, and this is the place to buy them.

Outbacks

We have had 5-6 Outbacks in the family since 2000. North End Subaru has been the main dealer. We come back because the quality is excellent and the service (sales and repairs) are of a very high standard. They are decent genuine people. Thank you.

monthly customer information meeting

I have now been to two customer information nights and found them both very informative and helpful. I think it's great that North End has the information evenings and I will definitely continue coming. Thank you for offering this service.

Customer Appreciation Night

I purchased my second Subaru with Greg Nuorimo. His knowledge and easy way made the purchase, finance(with Tom),and registration complete without any problems. Greg informed me of the Rewards Program, that included the Customer Appreciation Night, offered by North End Subaru. I attended this informative program lead by John Kessler and found it very helpful. John shared a lot of information and answered any questions or concerns. My experience with North End Subaru Service Department has always been good and I can trust that they really stride for customer satisfaction.

Service Department A+

Didn't purchase my car here but I wish I had. I continue to get amazing service every time. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and honest. After servicing my car, I noticed a mistake and they owned up to it. Not only did they fix it but gave me a loaner and took care of it right away for me. It's quite a relief knowing I have great hands under the hood of my Subaru. Thank you service department!

Great experience!

I was quite impressed working with all the staff at North End Subaru and had a fabulous experience purchasing a new Subaru with Greg Nuorimo. I walked in a Sunday and test drove several cars and was able to bring the new car home the following day. Greg was able to seamlessly offer a great buying experience, was straightforward and vey knowledgable about Subaru's. I would highly recommend purchasing from North End with Greg!

Many auto dealerships claim to be friendly and...

Many auto dealerships claim to be friendly and hassle-free, but most fall short of that goal. I was much impressed with North End Subaru - not just because of the ease of price negotiation (which was agreed to over the phone in 5 minutes!) but by the genuinely friendly and helpful support I received both during and after my car purchase. Mike and Frank in Sales were both very informative and knowledgeable, which was certainly much appreciated. The manager, Marty, quickly stepped right up when a (very minor) issue arose regarding the options provided with my new car - Marty was right on top of it, and really made me feel like a valued customer by ensuring that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I can't speak to their service department yet, but as the owner of 3 other Subarus, I am hoping to start using North End Subaru as my primary go-to service location as well - hopefully they are as good as the sales and management team! - John from Mason, NH
