Best buying experience

My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester at North End Subaru. It was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. We had been to another Subaru dealer earlier in the day and stood in the showroom for over 10 minutes and not a single person talked with us. At North End Subaru, Greg, our salesperson, greeted us the moment we walked in and was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Greg took us on a great test drive and explained all the features of the car. There was no pressure, just information. Best experience ever!!

Purchased my third Subaru from Greg Nuorimo easy to deal with no games and fair price.I have purchased many new cars but there is no better car in the snow than a Subaru and Greg and North End are GREAT. Thank you Greg.

Mazda owner

I love having my car serviced. It is the highlight of my every six months or 7500 mile. It is always a pleasat experience, and I have never felt more comfortable at a dealership. I am never pushed to buy anything. I am so thankful I bought my first Mazda here.

I ahave doing business with NES for over 15 years. I most recently had to call Subaru after my car was totaled in accident. I had just had then put new tires and brakes on 2 weeks prior to the accident. I was really shook when I called Greg and he told me to come right over the next day after the accident. He put me in my new/used car that day. So Greatful for Subaru family!

Best Dealership I have been to and heard of.

I recently bought a 2005 Cobalt from North End Subaru. Overall, it was everything I wanted in a car. There was lots of repairs done to it, but I have already driven it for almost 300 miles and no problems. It ha a very clean engine etc. When entering the dealership, we were greeted in a very friendly way. Right away I told Joe what I was interested in. Instead of rushing and just telling us about a couple of vehicles I might be interested in, he went through a whole list of cars within my price range. After choosing the car I wanted, the process was very quick. I was given a free car fax, a list of the repairs the dealership had done to the car, and was allowed to test drive it. You are also seated in a VERY nice waiting room with a TV, free flavored coffee, and water. Joe and Tom also were very understanding with price ranges and waiting a couple days for me to get my drivers license. Overall, the experience at this dealership was completely stress free and felt welcomed into their building and service. I would definitely recommend at least visiting this dealership.

I've been to North End Mazda for my last 3 oil changes. The employees are very helpful, service was fast and a nice environment to wait in.

honest and fair ... had car towed from another dealer to North End Subaru service because the selling dealer was charging me over $400.00 less than the dealer I purchased the car from...I don't get it but hats off to you North End Subaru Service for treating me right the first time...I will be servicing with you from now on..thanks for you help John..My next vehicle purchase will be from North End for sure
