He is a man of his word and delivered everything I asked for regarding the vehicle. Incredible and unexpected!
Incredible and unexpected!!! These folks at Szott (Paul and Chris) stepped up and took care of our needs and made everything right, which is so very rare in this day and age. We purchased a used car from Szott a few weeks ago and realized very quickly that the car had major issues that went undetected when we did our inspection. Small signs showed up almost immediately when we drove it home. Come to find out from the second shop that we had to take it that the engine block and the heads were warped due to a blown head gasket which was leaking coolant. The first shop diagnosed the head gasket issue but they didn’t have the tools for that specific car so we took it to the Subaru dealer. The tally to fix these issues was already getting up to $14k or so. I communicated with Szott (Paul) along the way so that they were informed. He was very accommodating, apologetic, and sympathetic to our situation. When I got the news from Subaru about the overall damage, financially and to the car, I geared up to have to plead our case to Szott. Everyone is familiar with the stigma with used car places. However, here is where the incredible thing really took shape! Paul listened to me for a few minutes but then stopped me and said that they would be buying the car back. No fight and no questions asked needed from me! I need to preface that it clearly wasn’t Szott’s fault that this car slipped through the cracks. They never made me feel that way but I just thought I would have to be convincing to get away from the lemons so to speak. What a relief, Szott wanted to make everything right! Not only did they credit the full cost of the original car toward a different used car purchase but they also reduced the price of the next car the amount we already put into it to do some other fixes ($1,700). Here we are about 3 weeks later and I drove away this afternoon with another used car. By the way, the reason for the car purchase was for a couple of our young adult daughters and they were footing most of the bill. Everyone was so worried that we may have to not only incur the original cost of the car ($13K) but also another $14K, plus the $1,700 that we already paid out as well. This simply was not how it all panned out. Szott took care of it all and from our end of things it is water under the bridge now and our daughters have a fantastic car. One daughter decided to kick in even more money to get a lower mileage and newer vehicle. She is ecstatic!!! Thank you so much Paul and Chris for totally making everything right!!! You all are a breath of fresh air!!! God bless you!!!

2018 jeep wrangler sport purchased three years ago
I purchased a jeep from this place two years ago. Sold me a vehicle and interior was filthy dirty. They refuse to clean it after arguing with them for about 30 minutes they took it in for a wash and vacuum. Stole noticed belonging to previous owners. Stay away
