It's such a pleasure working with the service team at Townsend Ford. We called with an expedited request as we were leaving for a trip and our windshield wiper fluid wasn't working properly. We got the vehicle in on the next day and it was repaired in time for our trip.

After been to a few different Ford Dealerships I have found Townsend Ford to be a very family oriented dealership where they care for there customers needs. In the Service Department there is Kathy, Debbie, and Paul. All of the staff in the parts department are excellent to deal with and in the sales department Jeremy and the other sales members are very friendly. Management is also very friendly and concerned about there customer needs. In owning several different fleet vehicles it is very comforting to bring these vehicles to a dealership and know the problem will be taking care of. A very satisfied customer, Fred Hardy Jr.
