Guys were great. got me right in - communicated throughout the working and delivered the vehicle as promised.

Vehicle was fixed however I believe the screen was scratched in the process of the repair.

Emily Rooney was a pleasure to work with when leasing a new vehicle. She is very thoughtful, calm and has excellent product knowledge. I am rating the dealership one star lower. The staff were all pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful. The facility shows its age and the parking lot is an obstacle course. I hear there are plans to address both and certainly the work will be disruptive but it needs to get done. The vehicle was in excellent condition upon delivery but for one item: somehow the rear (luggage) compartment protective cover had a small amount of caked dirt and dirt splatters, as though some muddy water dripped down it. A wet cloth and some elbow grease loosened it up and a vacuum picked up the remaining dry dirt. Very happy with the vehicle so far.

Edwin at the body shop at Crestview was fantastic to work with. 10 out of 10. Crestview's service and body shop are the best in my opinion.
