The service was great for an oil change and tire rotation. However we keep getting notices for a software update that was already performed. I don’t know if this a dealer problem or a GM issue. But it’s getting old.

I brought my car in for two problems - the rear
I brought my car in for two problems - the rear windshield wiper and a tire sensor message. I left the car overnight.I was charged around $178 ( I don’t remember the exact amount) the next day after driving less than 4 miles the error message came back. I returned and waited and was told it was another cost of over $150 ( again I don’t remember the cost) I was told the tire sensor need to be relearned the first time and then again the second time. I believe it was never checked the first time and the service agent was arrogant and dismissive. And he kept calling me “dear” which is extremely inappropriate! I’m not comfortable returning to your service department!

Loved Pat. Very helpful and a font of knowledge. Kara always seemed disinterested in us and our quest for an EV. Did not communicate well. Kimberly at the front desk was beyond rude. Can not understand how she is a good first person to encounter at a Cadillac dealership. I have owned many BMW’s and was always treated incredibly well, why is America’s premier luxury brand (Cadillac) not on par? Very sad.

Did not fix two issues it was taken in for. Onstar module will not communicate with mobile app and steering wheel still squeaks.
