I think that I can go on record and say that my service center is better than your service center! Yes, it may seem a little childish, but I simply love and adore the group of people that work there, not to mention the quality service is great too. Each visit is like visiting old friends and family, from Mike who takes my car in, to Ron that writes everything up and Craig Hubble that does the follow up.

Crestview Cadillac has the best service department that I have had the pleasure of working with. They are honest, cheerful and always ready to accommodate their customers. As a GM employee, this means a lot to me and our General Motors Company. The Internet search app for General Motors needs to be updated to include Crestview Cadillac. I am sure more people would benefit from the service of this excellent dealership.
