What I was told by the service person versus the service

What I was told by the service person versus the service manager were two different things. I had a problem in my car that was under warranty and the service manager even mentioned that, but then when I returned to pick my car up from a basic oil change, I was presented with a write up to have the repair done on my dime. I was also promised a ride to work, but then was told that no one was around for at least 30 minutes so I had to walk.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment for an oil

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment for an oil change, air filter replacement and tire rotation. I waited at the dealership for just under 3 hours during the scheduled service that should not have taken half that time. I sat through 3 hours of Jerry Springer on your television competing with the music from the overhead speakers. I also agree with other comments that the parking lot is in poor condition.
