I walked into the dealer without an appointment.

I walked into the dealer without an appointment. Luckily, there was a salesman that I could meet with right away. His name is Jeff. Jeff was very friendly and respectful. He did his best to work with me to get a price that was reasonable. Adam was also available to assist Jeff considering he was new. Although this was a very long process, it ultimately ended with a good result.

The service department led by Ron is great.

The service department led by Ron is great. I brought my 2021 Silverado to get a leak fixed on my sunroof and they found and repaired. I had at another dealer last year to check the same and they said they couldn’t find the leak.

Service was completed in a timely manner. I was disappointed in the price for an oil change, tire rotation and replace 2 air filters.

Our salesman Vincenzo, was outstanding. We also delt with Charlie in the service Dept. Very kind and helpful. The Crestview sales team put our deal together and explained page by page as we signed. My daughter and I had a extremely friendly experience. Thank you again Crestview!

Easy process in buying. Flexible times outside of normal business hours. Relatively knowledgeable employees. Aftermarket add ons and warranties pushed heavily.

Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an

Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Tire pressure does not work on right front. Tried to reset, no luck. Now there is an service car warning on dash. recommend? Maybe!!

Excellent staff.

Excellent staff. Chris took care of scheduling my vehicle appointment that was convenient for me and made sure I had a loaner which made everything so much easier. Ron had the service done and vehicle returned as promised. I truly appreciate your great staff!

You guys wanted to charge me 1500 dollars for brakes and

You guys wanted to charge me 1500 dollars for brakes and rotors and the only thing my car needed was brake fluid flush brake pads and rotors were find im very dissapointed you lost a custumer
