Service level disappointing. Walked away feeling ripped off. Very unlikely to revisit Crestview cadillac again.

I brought my 2021 XT5 in for the rear camera

I brought my 2021 XT5 in for the rear camera irregularities. After the initial tests Chris told me that parts must be ordered and it would take 5-7 business days. He gave me a detailed explanation of the problem. He answered my questions in a professional manner. He represented Crestview’s Service Department very well.

It is obvious the manager has everything to give credit to the excellent customer care, car maintenance the excellent workmanship the technicians give in care of vehicles they repair. When maintenance is complete the car looks like a new car. Crestview is an outstanding dealership in all areas of transportation needs.
