A GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR CREDIT MESSED WITH...
THIS BY FARE WAS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPECENCE I HAVE EVER HAD .THERE FINANCE MANAGER SENT MY DEAL TO 15 BANKS WHICH DROPPED MY CREDIT SCORE BY 55 POINT .THERE WAS NO RESUN TO SEND IT TO 15 BANKS THIS WAS A BAD EXPERNCE .THEY ALSO TRY TO STEAL MY TRADE IN BUY ONLY PUTTING 2000.00 IN IT .THE ONLY RESUN I GAVE THEM AT A CHANCE AT MY BUSSINESS WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD THE VEHICAL I WAS LOOKING FOR.I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENIMEE.

Anywhere but Lasco....Purchase at your own risk!!!
Lasco is the reason I will never purchase another Ford product. Worst Dealership EVER!!! If you transport children or rely on your car for work, please buy your next vehicle anywhere else, because with a Lasco Vehicle you too may need to walk 2 miles to work or miss your child's school event when you're vehicle sits roadside. I wish I experienced the 5 star service of these other reviewers, but I definitely did not. It's almost like they think it's funny that I purchased a faulty, dangerous vehicle to transport my family. 3 weeks after Purchasing a used Ford Taurus, the transmission started acting up after I drove less than 300 miles since purchasing. I called my sales rep (who now works at different dealer) in early June, left messages with the service manager (who was on vacation) and never called back. I called 2 weeks later and was told "as is means as is" and they would not do anything. I purchased the car in 4/26/2022, issue started 3 weeks later and now, on October 1st must replace the transmission on this $8000 used car. I test drove the vehicle 2x, both times they started and let warm up each time. I'm assuming this is because the transmission issues only appeared after cold start. They were aware of issues, but did nothing, so I had to continue driving with intermittent transmission problems. Now, transmission left me stranded... and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me after leaving 3 more messages in past 2 weeks. 10/11/2022 edit: After posting this, Cameron from Lasco Ford service department left me a voicemail during my work hrs on 10/03/2022. I returned the call later that day and have left 3 voicemails since, with no call back. Today, I called the dealer number instead of Cameron's direct number. I just spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for Cameron to pick up the phone. I hung up and called back only to find out he has been on lunch this whole time I waited on hold. I'll update if I get a call back ☹️... 10/13/22 - I now realize Lasco Ford replied to this review, only to look like they cared after negative, but truthful feedback. They are perfectly comfortable selling faulty vehicles. I can officially say Lasco Ford is the kind of dealer that gives car dealers a bad name. 10 days and 9 messages later I finally spoke with the service manager and was told to bring my car next monday for them to diagnose the transmission issues. Less than an hour later, I received a new voicemail saying not to bring my car because they will not even diagnose the pre-existing issue and "as is means as is". I will never buy another Ford and will tell everyone I know not to do business with this Dealership - dishonest people selling questionable and dangerous vehicles.

DO NOT trust 172 points inspection!
I purchased the used car from Ford Lasco. And according to them it passed their 172 points inspection and no issues were found, car was in good condition. Sales person multiple times told me how amazing BLIS (Blind Spot Information System) is and how it is important for safety now days. I got the car and some time later found out that that system is not working, it just simply "Unavailable". Lights come on, but that turn off. Contacted Ford Lasco and as they are not certified to service Lexus, they told me to take it to Lexus dealer for inspection. Service advisor was very nice and understanding that financial aspect is should not be on me. However, Lexus contacted Ford Lasco after inspection and Ford Lasco refused to compensate repair as it not part of powertrain and not covered by warranty. But how it passed 172 points inspection? Why I was not notified that important safety system is not working? How it is not their responsibility? I am very disappointed as a customer and as a person. They lied to me and now don't want to take responsibility for their actions. What else "passed" inspection I don't know of? I really hope owner will find some pride for their work and services and will find the way to resolve the issue.

Untrustworthy and high pressure sales tactics
We called ahead and put a deposit on a vehicle, after the salesperson assured us that the vehicle was in good running condition. Drove over 2 hours to find out he lied - the truck wasn't running right. Having driven all that way, we made an offer about $2 less to cover the sensor or engine repairs. It also had bald tires. They countered with $500 off, which was insulting. Finally, the salesperson at the next desk overheard me expressing doubts about the vehicle and that we were probably going to drive home empty handed. That's when it really went downhill. This guy pulled out all the stops and pushed high-pressure sales tactics. I'm not young - I know all the tricks. As a female, it felt super condescening. At that point, I was done and we walked. Very disappointed. Felt like we were lied to in order to get us in the door, and then an older guy steps in to apply high-pressure tactics to try to squeeze a sale out of us. Very sad.

Buyer Beware! Do not recommend!
Beware! Purchased a used Explorer from them in June 2019 and was shown a Carfax supposably for the car I was purchasing that reflected a minor accident and good service history. The minor accident didn't concern me so I bought the car. Fast forward to today when I am trading the car in on a new one (with a different dealer) and I am shown the ACTUAL Carfax that shows that the accident was actually severe with major damage to the vehicle. Interesting how it changed. Warning to others - don't trust what Lasco shows you at face value. Do your own research before purchasing from them. The less than fully honest approach they took with my car deal is costing me thousands now. If they did it to me, they may do the same to you. Be careful!

Warranty
They offer a broucher warranty with a blue oval certified cars for two free oil changes and tire rotations. Beware its a scam and they lie to you and never return your calls. Will Never Buy a car from Lasco Ford again. Terrible customer service!!

I will never go back to them again. I don't think that they do the job that you pay for. Had it back thear 2 times after they were supposed to flush the transmission and refused to make sure that it was full.
