Lasco Ford SUCKS

Nathalie is the WORST representative. The day my car was ready she didn’t even contact us and blamed it all on the mechanic the next day although it is her job to communicate with customers and not leave them hanging. The service department NEVER answers the phone, the secretary is rude and cuts you off, the manager never returned our calls and 3 days after leaving lasco my focus wouldn’t even run.

Great Experience

Able to get the car I wanted at a good price and a great price for my trade in. Excellent experience with all associates involved with my 2019 Escape purchase. Emily L. went above and beyond what I would normally expect from an auto sales person. The whole process was quick and easy...no pain involved.

Amazing Customer Service

Cory was great. I was unsure of what I wanted and he walked me through each of my options. I never felt rushed once. He really made a tough decision easy. Treated me like family!

Great deal and was treated right.

I found a Silverado with close to 100,000 miles online so I was a bit skeptical. I spoke in detail over the phone and was offered a video walk around the truck which was nice. I drove out. We took the truck for a nice test drive and agreed to a very fair price. It has been about a month now and I am very happy with the purchase. With used cars I don't care who or where there is always a risk and I can say I was very happy how they did not pressure me and I was confident in what I saw and the deal I got. I would recommend them.

Don't Learn This Lesson The Hard Way Like Me!

Well, at about 7:45pm tonight, August 24th, I will have owned my 2014 Ford Flex for exactly 1 week. I got to drive it for all of 3 of those days before my AC condenser literally blew out (not covered in EITHER of the 2 warranties on the vehicle either). Fine ... whatever. It's too hot not to address so, I take it in to the shop for another $650 (which is actually a pretty xxxx good deal after Lasco wanted to charge me $1,000 and $120 to diagnose even though I already knew the problem PLUS an hour drive from metro Detroit and back). But wait ... then, the mechanic tells me that my water pump is bad too, and proceeded to show me where antifreeze was all the place under the hood. Thank goodness 1 of the 2 warranties I had covered that issue, because that would have easily been another $2,400 to have that fixed after owning this vehicle not even one week plus all of those associated purchasing costs! I have had my new car 1 week - 3 days to drive, and 4 days in the shop waiting for my car to inspected for use of the warranty because they couldn't believe it happened so soon after the sale. Like, what in the ACTUAL xxxx!? What's worse is that when I called Lasco on Tuesday, they didn't jump to do anything to help me despite having seen me Saturday evening when I bought the car and Monday when I had to come back to adjust some paperwork. In fact, I : - left messages without return calls; - was volleyed between Sales and Service like a toy only to have nothing done; - don't have social media but I'm pretty pissed to have found my photo posted up on Facebook to share news of my new deal to my family and friends (and potentially people that shouldn't be knowing this information at all) before I could. Do yourself a favor and go buy a car from anywhere else, even a different Ford dealer for the same car if you have to. I would never ever buy another car here nor will I ever send any of my family or friends - especially women who it appears they love to rip off and leave high and dry. What a waste of transaction and a definite learning experience I will be sure to prevent my loved ones from learning the hard way like I did with this terrible place. I hope I can save you from learning this lesson the hard way with this dealer too!

Chelsea Holcomb - Lasco

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle and do not want the typical annoying sales person that is constantly pushing you and ultimately wasting your time, making you feel uncomfortable and rushed about any potential purchase, you need to work with Chelsea Holcomb from Lasco Ford. She is by far the best sales person from any dealer that I have ever worked with. She truly cares about the customer and not just a sale and is very helpful and patient along the whole process. I wouldn't work with anybody else.

Only dealership that would work with me!

I am so happy I went into Lasco Ford, all of the staff is extremely friendly. I went into other dealerships and couldn’t be helped due to a bankruptcy. Nate went above and beyond to make sure I got something that I want and that I could comfortably afford. I will never go anywhere else!!

Best Ford dealer in se Michigan

I got a better deal here on the same car than the surrounding dealerships. My salesperson, Chris, was helpful and courteous. I will be returning!

Great Dealership!

Went to Lasco Ford to purchase a new car that was close to home. Met Nat Lipp who helped us find the right car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Ford products. Would definitely recommend both Nat and Lasco Ford. Customer service was their priority. :)
