I would not step foot back into this dealership not even

I would not step foot back into this dealership not even for service here is why . On Mon afternoon Jan 29 I drove through the lot looking for a used truck a sales guy walked out his name was Alex young kid he ask a few questions I told him I was just looking he was so nice I told him I wanted to bring my wife up later we took 6 trucks for a ride alex was a great experience to work with ask him to give us till morning to make our decision he said no problem we pulled the money from my retirement on tues morning and we went back up to lasco talked to Alex and told him what truck we wanted at the same time we showed proof of funds and check would be mailed 4-10 days but should see it in 5 days he got the manager I believe his name was Henry I told him I could leave a deposit he said they only hold for 24 hrs I said ok we understand the manger says I’ll be right back he said they would make a exception I gave him 1,000 cash to hold truck they called me thurs Fri on Monday at 10.00 Alex called I told him I’m at work I get home at 3.00 heck should be there if not repost the truck then at 1.30 the manager called me I told him the same thing I’ll be home at 3.00 if it’s there I’ll be right up I’ll call you he said ok I lefty early and the check was there I went to back and was at the dealership at 3.15 after sitting with Alex talking the manager walked over and tells me the truck is sold they were finishing up the deal I would be in 2 nd if it fails through I went home grabes the wife went back up to get out deposit back truck is still there I ask for a general manger his name was Steve he was nice I explained the story to him and he said I heard the conversation and this was just a bad issue I told him I had the deposit bin the truck it should not be sold to anyone but me as I was here at 3.15 he agreed but nothing they could do but say sorry them Blake the other manager came again nothing but offer me another truck I told him I wouldn’t buy nothing from them I’m so losses right now my wife said give them a chance it’s been 3 days nothing people are nice there but they didn’t treat there customers fair I would never buy from here and this was a bd thing they did if I have a deposit on the truck it should not been sold to someone else and the new salesman lost the sale commission .shame on Henry the manager for this poor service I run retail sites I would fire someone I took my sale to Hines park in new Hudson and had a good experience and walked out with a truck last night shame on lasco ford

I used Ford's pickup and delivery service for the first

I used Ford's pickup and delivery service for the first time for an oil change on 08/02/23 which I was charged $598.26 for. Upon delivery I noticed that they did not change the windshield sticker informing of the next scheduled oil change. No big deal....then today I started getting notices on my dash that it is time for an oil change. I have no reason to believe that they serviced my car. Now I have to go out and get an oil change. I will not be bringing my car back again.

Just....NO

I will not be taking my car here anymore. Set up an appointment for 10 am, 7/26/23. Arrived at 9:45 am. This is the location I purchased a used 2017 Ford Escape, so I take it here for service even though I live 45 minutes away. All I wanted was a routine oil change and maintenance check up. They added on two fluid changes for brakes and transmission with my approval. Could someone please tell me why I was there for 4 hours and 45 minutes. I understand that circumstances happen and there are more advanced technologies that require time. Apologies were given to me that it was taking so long, which I appreciate. I didn't get any recommendations for future service. I was not asked for a review and the woman at the check out window just checked me out with very little acknowledgement. This is no way to represent Ford. Your service reflects your commitment to them.

Sales Team was great, car not so much.

Sales team was great, they were knowledgeable and friendly and worked their best to get me a good deal. The car I got even though they said it went through their inspection clearly obvious things were missed. The biggest one being that the checklist was supposed to check/replace the cabin filter, well after noticing a musty smell through the AC system I went to check on it and noticed the whole case filled with debris and the filter looked damaged as well as it was dark and discolored. If they truly followed the checklist it would have been obvious to see. Edit: turns out the FR case was full of pet food and also had dead rat remains in it sitting above the filter. They cleaned as much as they could of the case but less than a week later the smell is slowly returning. Also the blower fan now makes a strange noise and smells as if it burnt up the motor or something went wrong with and you can now hear debris getting blown around the scroll cases.

Use caution.

Use caution. They get you in with online deals but they don’t materialize once you get there. They show sticker price but hide dealer based add-ins that are not necessary but overpriced dealer additions to inflate cost in fine print. Pictures and window stickers don’t reflect true pricing given online. 5000 in options added by local dealer to vehicle hidden in fine print. Not even worth a one star

Bought a 2022 Demo.

Bought a 2022 Demo.Had issues with the brakes. Cory Becker/salesman was great. When I took it to service I was introduced to Matt. I've never had anyone as attentive and caring. Sitting in the waiting room he came in several times to update me on the vehicle, when parts had to be ordered, he texted me at home and immediately got my car in to complete the service. The next day I received a follow up text making sure the brakes weren't squeaking. Thanks to Matt for putting my mind at ease and making service a great experience.

Dishonest as far as getting your car serviced/repaired.

Dishonest as far as getting your car serviced/repaired. Do not follow-up on repair service. I have been trying to get my car serviced/repaired since December 2022. It is now February 2023 and I haven't received any notice. I have also been told several times that action was being taken to get my car serviced with no occurence. This is dishonest and I do not appreciate being given the runaround treatment. Driving my car without this service is very unsafe.

I have not received any notice of when my car can be expected to be repaired. It has been four months. I have contacted you several times to have my wiper blade motor replaced. Last year in December it was inspected by you. This repair is covered under my warranty also. Andrew has spoken with me several times about this issue. Driving my car is a safety issue. S. They had a truck advertised I wanted to buy, probably would have been the easiest sale of the week for them - ticked all my boxes, had a good price, I was sold. 7 days of dinking around, a digital enema on my trade, and they just ghosted me. I couldn't get them to take a deposit, send a contract, or quote a final out the door price. I wasn't even at the point of making an offer or haggling, they just flat out wouldn't take my business for some unknown reasons. No replies, no response, the vehicle in questions is still listed for sale. I literally tried to buy a vehicle they had advertised and couldn't find a way to possibly do it. They just flat out stopped communicating. I have no clue what this dealers angle is, but I would never consider purchasing from them again based on my experience - which is that it's literally impossible to buy a vehicle from them. Odd I know, but that was my experience. When they were replying, I was asking for a trade in value. At other dealers this is a send them pictures, send them the VIN, get a price type thing. At Lasco, it was 5 full days of back and forth questions - each day led to new questions for no good reason at all. They even wanted me to scan my drivers license and send them confidential personal information before giving me a price. Once I told them I would pass on the trade and would just like to purchase the vehicle outright, they just stopped replying to me or communicating at all. Wierdest buying experience I've ever had, and a huge waste of hours and hours of my time.
