Great service

Sales process was low pressure. Returned for regular service which was very good, quick and friendly as usual. Quality from sales to service. Would recommend to anyone.

Very prompt and courteous service. After servicing was done, my concerns I had beforehand were addressed and gone over with me. Vehicle was parked by door and ready for me to leave.

Great dealership for service

Great service. Solved and corrected a difficult problem. Employees were always friendly, helpful and professional. Waiting area clean and well stocked with drinks and entertainment.

Absolute worst customer service

First and foremost I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are extremely manipulative and deceitful. Wanted a reliable truck and wasn’t getting the information I liked from the dealership I leased my vehicle from. So I decided to try Lithia out hoping they could help me out and find a reliable newer vehicle that wouldn’t make my payments go up much. They gave me way more options and were honest about what I could do with my lease. That is the only positive at all. Since I got into the vehicle they sold me it has been idling rough and has had some clunks coming from the back and front end. Worst of all there is fuel getting into the oil and they won’t even diagnose the issues they just say it is running fine. I am still trying to get them to honor the 60 day warranty they gave me and diagnose the issues with the vehicle. Don’t trust a word they tell you. It is really sad to see what has happened to this company since it became Lithia after Ted’s. My grandfather was the parts manager for Ted’s for over 25 years and actually cares about people it is obvious that these people don’t care one bit about their customers.

Happy customer since 2009

I've purchased a car and truck from Lithia. Still have them and both run like new. Sales team is awesome and super friendly. Service department is top notch, always helpful. This dealership is the best in Pocatello hands down.
