Yesterday the 2 service people treated me terrible had me wait over 4 hours to send a shuttle back, then service person lied said he told me about the diagnostic test he was going to do and didn?t thought he was going to do. Test drive, then when o got back he got znother blond head tall guy doing the talking for him this man was no we?re there during my first visit don?t know situation then gone say loud as I was walking out mom not allowed back no service until w pay for Diagnostic and a 139 dollors on top, I feel like they were raciest, and feel o was young and niece, but I have been a customer there for years and mark and some other staff are truly amazing go out there way too provide me with excellent service I called yesterday spoke to a man in charge tob treated me unfairly I feel never calls back said he?ll look into situation and said if I?m use to dealing with mark church hill why didn?t I deal with him I have been uncomfortabl totally humiliated since the visit, I feel like since I denied the repairs they said I needed because I didn?t need them in Dec they took matters I. There own hands to treat me unfairly and charge me for something I didn?t agree too then he also said the service ppl had to get paid lol T camera tapes I was told if I have to do. Cosplay and refused service anymore until I pay for something I didn?t ask for terrible fat at your dealership
