Friendly and quick registration for a scheduled oil

Friendly and quick registration for a scheduled oil change; informed my car needed additional work that wasn't addressed in the past and that was taken care of. Though after the work was done, the engine light came on, returned to the service area and it was a defective spark plug, which was replaced and my car runs like new!

I was promptly greeted by Mitch who wrote up my service ticket. When I went past the payment desk, the attendant greeted me and we exchanged pleasantries. My car was done sooner than expected which is always a treat. I saw another service writer that I have gotten to know. He also warmly greeted me

Friendly sevice, knowledgeable staff. My service advisor John Wheeler kept me informed all the way. Had a screw in my tire and he informed me that my lug nuts had swollen and he replaced them all.
