Shop around elsewhere for repairs. They are HORRIBLE and will take advantage of your trust! Quoted $1500 for a thermostat replacement and coolant flush!!! Ridiculous!! Muffler Man in downtown GB $420.67. That's almost an $1100 differnce! Your business and loyalty to them doesn't mean squat!

Enjoyed talking to Sheri, we have a lot in common. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from her. She thoroughly explained all the new changes since my 2021 Encore and there were many.

EVERY single time we go there for service, even ig just for oil change, they try and upsell you on more, usually $100’s of dollars worth of services they claim you need. We closely follow the service guidlines in our ownerd manual. When we asked abt one they claimed we needed that was not due for quite a while per tge manual they said Chevrolet had changed the frequency recommendation for that service. If that’s true then why didnt Chevrolet inform us oc that?? They sure dibf mind sending us stuff about their “great” models and deals.

Beware of these guys. Not ethical at all. Looked at a car at 9:30am. Received revised trade-in offer at 12:30pm. Accepted offer immediately after that 12:32pm and asked to get the paperwork started. Was told someone else was looking at the car. They test drove the car at 2:30pm. Was told that car was sold at 2:45 pm. My salesman's name was Lance. No phone calls, just a text that it was sold "Sorry". A terrible experience and way worse than other used car dealers. I was an hour drive away and started back to the dealer that afternoon before receiving the news that it was sold. Absolutely do no use this dealer if you are buying remotely; what a waste of time! They will sell cars out from under you after you agree on terms. That is not right.

Terrible experience. Drove an hr. to look at a certified 20k miles car. Vehicle had body damage, check engine light on, forward collision warning light on. Low tire light on. Didn't even get an apology. Don't go there. Vehicle wasn't worth half what they were asking.
