Unethical!!

LIARS!! They're about 50% off from their phone/internet offers once you spend your time and money to get to their showroom. Classic bait and switch con artists.

I purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 on 9/23/22 and even though

I purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 on 9/23/22 and even though it had 102,000 miles on it, it has run great. I have driven it over 1,000 miles. This was an easy and very fair purchase. Robbie Larson was my salesman; he couldn't have been anymore helpful and professional. He has followed up to make sure I was happy with the truck.

Do NOT have your warranty serviced here!!

The service department installed a faulty part in my vehicle that was not OEM as a warranty fix. As a result, the part failed prematurely (VERY Early for its life). I went to this dealership for them to take pictures, and to find out the next day they would not cover it or do anything to help me.

Outstanding Service Professional

I have had my diesel trucks serviced at McFarland, through Justin Sullivan, for years. Always very accommodating and professional. He’s honest, and work gets scheduled and completed on time and done right.

I’m 23 and I’ve never owned my own car. McFarland made it...

I’m 23 and I’ve never owned my own car. McFarland made it super easy and convenient. It maybe took 2 hours, I was so surprised after my mom telling me we would probably be there all day. I paid an extra $400 to be able to have my car serviced three times within the next year for free - great deal!! ALSO, I went to get my oil changed and state inspection and I still had my new stickers on my registration. Without even me having to ask they put them on for me while servicing my car! Top rated service, I was so happy! I’ll be sticking with McFarland even after my year of free service is up.

Treated well at McFarland Ford

Just purchased a truck today from the good folks at McFarland Ford. The entire sales and finance team was extremely professional, courteous and most critically unlike other dealers in this crazy time McFarland provided an extremely competitive deal at a few cents under MSRP. They also gave me what I thought was a very fair value for my trade, even with a bit of damage to the tailgate, when compared to values on KBB and other sites. I am glad I traveled up from MA to buy the truck, they have sold me on being a customer for life. In fact, my wife and daughter were wondering if they could order a new Bronco! I may be back soon!
