Treated well at McFarland Ford
Just purchased a truck today from the good folks at McFarland Ford. The entire sales and finance team was extremely professional, courteous and most critically unlike other dealers in this crazy time McFarland provided an extremely competitive deal at a few cents under MSRP. They also gave me what I thought was a very fair value for my trade, even with a bit of damage to the tailgate, when compared to values on KBB and other sites. I am glad I traveled up from MA to buy the truck, they have sold me on being a customer for life. In fact, my wife and daughter were wondering if they could order a new Bronco! I may be back soon!

Just purchased a truck today from the good folks at McFarland Ford. New To Me 2005 MB SL500
I viewed a 2005 Mercedes SL 500 on Cars.com and it was at McFarland Ford. I went there in the morning and bought the car. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from McFarland and they do a great Job!

Nothing but a financial burden. Very unhappy.
I don't like the sales person that I dealt with. She was pushy and was nonnegotationable and added charges that I totally disagree with. I felt that she was lazy and didn't want to deal with me after the sale. All I wanted was a manual for the vehicle and she couldn't be bothered trying to track one down, she told me to look online for what answers I needed and that they weren't making manuals for vehicles anymore. Ok whatever! I can't wait to get rid of the vehicle that has nothing but repair problems. Of course like most dealer's, sales people are scavengers. The vehicle was never serviced before I bought it. It's a money pit. Thanks Jen for sucky service, your xxxxxxxx lies and your lazyness. You're in management? You need to go.

Pleased with Service Department
I brought my 07 Mustang Convertible in for a speedometer calibration. Previous owner stated that gears were changed from 3.55's to 3.73's. In effect, the speedometer was off by ten mph. McFarland Ford was thorough and test drove the car several times to get the correct calibration for my car. I know it must have been over an hour of figuring it out. When the computer was set to 3.73 gears, it was still off 10 mph. They tried several times to get it corrected and ended in a result that was acceptable. Thank you for the time spent on working on my car.
