Jeff was super helpful in my purchasing decision last year with my new 2018 Escape. He was patient as I asked many questions and even shopped around for other vehicles. This is my 2nd new vehicle purchase through Kayser Ford Lincoln, and like my previous purchase experience everything went as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. He made some great suggestions and showed me several options that would fit into my financial comfort level. While the "finance" portion of purchasing a vehicle is usually a lot of dry, hard to understand and boring paperwork, Bob Parry was also a pleasure to work with. He actually made the process fun and virtually painless while taking the time to answer the many questions. Bob was able to make my preferred financing option work out just the way I had needed it to - after a major change in how we thought I was going to do it. Before leaving the dealership, Dennis showed me the new features on my new MKC and asked if there was anything else that I would like to be shown. He then introduced me to Nick Douglas who was very helpful in setting up the Lincoln Way App on my phone and to my new vehicle. He gave lots of helpful advice on how to utilize all the Lincoln Way features. My husband and I were “just looking” at a Ford Escape on the Used Car lot when Dennis Balczewski approached us asking if we had any questions.
