I had a great, speedy, experience. This is my second vehicle in the last 3 years with the same sales person and finance team. I enjoy not dealing with haggling and the website had great info. The salesperson also noticed there was a potential recall on paint chipping on my previous purchase which I will look into.

Our experience was excellent! We called ahead to make sure the car was still there. Tim Gillham answered the call. By the time we got there the car was washed outside and cleaned inside. We test drove, and loved it. We were paying cash, so about an hour later we were driving home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would work with Tim Gillham again!!

He was honest with me, and I didn't feel like I was getting the run around. Tony also worked to find a loan with terms that he felt were acceptable for me. Tony was very personable and easy to work with as well. Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle at that time, Scott and I are still in touch to look for the perfect vehicle, and I will definitely be returning to Kayser.
