This is my second new vehicle purchase from Kayser. For the record, I am not an easy sell -I know what I want and expect to it to be delivered. I met Alfred Hall 3 years ago when, unexpectedly I found myself out of a vehicle. He is professional, honest, NEVER pushy and his brand knowledge is exceptional. The price is where I needed to be and the Kayser buying process is quick and seamless. Once again, I am thrilled with my experience and thankful to have such a great salesman to help me with the process.

I'm 69 years old and have been buying cars since i was 16. This is one of the best buying experiences. It was great dealing with a salesman who was more interested in getting me the best vehicle for my needs than trying to "upsell" to a higher priced vehicle. His knowledge of the product was exceptional and I was extremely comfortable working with him.

I've been looking for a Dodge Ram Rebel for a while and came across one that I felt was a really great deal. I drove an hour and a half to take a look at it from the Milwaukee area. The pictures of the vehicles didn't do it justice. The truck looked brand new. The sales associate Scott Fiscus was great to work with. He knew the vehicle, was great with correspondence and was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. This was the most positive experience I've had purchasing a vehicle and would highly recommend both Scott and the dealership. I would definitely purchase from again.

No playing games, Very straight forward. Saw a car and went home with the car in a matter of hours. Salesman was very kind and did not talk down to us which we have had before at other dealerships. THANK YOU! Financing went smoothly also, appreciated the visit.
