Kayser Ford Lincoln

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and the staff at Kayser were helpful in navigating the process. I went to several used car vendors around the Madison area and Dennis and Tony at Kayser were easily the most knowledgeable and honest salesmen I worked with. Kayser in general had a quality lineup of vehicles and I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking a used vehicle in the Madison area. The only complaint I had is that I needed to title my vehicle out of state and Kayser was not able to streamline the process for me as they would for sales to residents of Illinois or Iowa. While the service on the front end was very good, I was left a little confused by their instructions for titling after the fact and it has caused a little bit of a headache on the back end. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend these guys to friends or family. Also good prices for quality cars.

All I’m going to say is AMAZING! When you feel there is no chance... they really care and are willing to do whatever it takes. Scott and Tony knew that I didn’t have a have vehicle for my family and they made it happen! Thanks guys seriously means a lot!

We recently purchased a used vehicle form Kayser and had a very good experience that was a pressure free. I think it took us two weeks before we completely made up our minds and decided to purchase our vehicle. At no time did we feel any pressure and our salesman answered all of our questions and was very accommodating during this process. I would recommend this dealership and would go back again when it's time to look for another vehicle.

This was the first car I have bought on my own. Dennis made the experience easy, allowed me time to think over my decision, and was available for any questions that I had. Fran was also helpful with the financial side.

I was in search of a new (to me, aka used) vehicle with a list of requirements that left me with few options. This was my first stop of the day. After speaking with Dennis, decided to test out a 2017 Ford Fusion and liked it, but wasn't sold. After checking options of other makes and models, finding next to nothing (at 7 other lots), I decided to return before heading out of town (I live 1.5hrs from Madison). After discussing options on the cost of buying new versus the used model I had driven, my decision was easy. And Dennis was great at finding me the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. I ended up with a brand new 2019 Ford Fusion SE with AWD. As the car was in transit, I was lent a brand new 2019 Fusion to use and Dennis made arrangements to drop my new car off to me at work in Dubuque, IA. I never felt pressured into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with, nor was I directed towards a vehicle that would not have met my large list of requirements (AWD, good MPG, low miles, price that wouldn't break the bank). Thank you, Dennis, for helping me find a "unicorn".

Zach has outstanding work ethic. He worked tirelessly to make our buying experience easy and painless. We were greatly impressed with his willingness to help others at the dealership to get the work done to get the truck ready for us. The buying experience was probably the best we have ever had.
