Scott did an amazing job finding what we wanted and needed for our family. He knew the time crunch that we were in and worked closely with us to get everything done that day for us. I was looking for a low mileage 2019 Ford Escape Titanium. Dennis Balczewski had some "Kayser Originals" ready for me to view and road test which fit what I was looking for. His road test put us on a circuit that covered all types of roads and conditions giving me an excellent feel for the handling of the SUV. Dennis listened well, demonstrated the vehicles features, answered all my questions ,and got a few issues resolved. It was an enjoyable and efficient experience. Fran D'Amato was patient and efficient working through the final paper work. She answered my questions, advised us on the options, and took her time. Because of experiences with Kayser 20 years ago, I was hesitant to buy a car from the dealership; however, Kayser is the only Lincoln dealer that is readily accessible in Madison. I was pleasantly surprized when we visited Kayser and engaged in talks with Mr. Hall. He showed us the Navigator, explained all the features, options and functions in a forthright and professional manner. We did not experience the high pressure that we found distasteful in the past. We commend him and would recommend his services to those interested in a Lincoln. My family has been connect to manufacturing Ford Products since Henry Ford I began producing cars ate the Mack Avenue plant in 1903 and we have always supported the company. We found some of that pressure from Mr. Lazdovskis, and considered deferring the purchase, but matters improved.
