Excellent follow up

Met with Alfred Hall about the 2020 Aviator and he did an excellent job of providing me the information I was looking for. Alfred did a good job on following up.

New Vehicle Purchase - Easy Peasy!

Got a call from Zach one day telling me that Used sales was interested in my 2013 Ford Escape - was I interested in stopping by to have them take a look and see if I had any interest in looking at the new models? I did stop by, thinking this would all be for naught, but a 2019 Escape did catch my eye, Used sales did want my vehicle, and Zach was able to put together a package that garnered serious consideration. The rest is history - I drove the new 2019 Escape home tonight! Would not have even considered this were it not for the excellent service I receive always from service adviser Jessica Seblom. Vik Lazdovskis finalized the financial end of things and cruised through the paperwork like a champion. Thanks, Zach, Jessica,and Vik!

Great Service

Ed, helped me with a used Ford F-150. When I had a few issues he was great and put me in contact with the general manager. Kayser responded immediately to my concerns and actually helped exchange the truck of another For F-150. Ed was a huge help and just a great gentleman. This entire team was so easy to deal with and so accommodating. I will call Ed and the Kayser Team again when I need a new vehicle.

Very easy to deal with.

Great dealership. Tend to not follow some of the traditional methods to selling you a vehicle. Which is why I recommend them. Very accommodating when i came to using loaner or other little things some dealers do not want to do for some stupid reason. They also have a competitive pricing structure. Always worth a look.

Kayser’s service people listen and pay attention to details.

I have used Kayser Ford for my vehicle service work for years. The service department staff have always been good to work with. I work with mainly one service person which, in my case, is Denny Marotz. He has been just excellent to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest and his advice has been very helpful over all the many years I have been gone to Kayser for service work. I have also bought several used vehicles and for the last one I worked with Alfred Hall. He was very helpful. I would turn to him again when it comes time to buy another vehicle.

Service and recall issue.

The dealer gave me a loaner car which is always helpful. The service was completed in an efficient and timely manner. The service associate went over the recommendations with me.

Great Experience at Kayser Ford Used

just completed a purchase at Kayser Ford this evening and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! Dennis and Fran were; knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and friendly. The team had me pre-approved and my vehicle selection waiting to test drive when I arrived at the lot. The entire purchase process took less than an hour from test drive to final paperwork. I’d definitely recommend Kayser to anyone in the market for a great vehicle!!

CHEATS AND LIARS

HORRIBLE! Got me to travel an hour from home to purchase a car that they had advertised as pristine. Got there to discover the car had been hit and they tried to get me to buy it without noticing it had been rear ended since the last time I test drove it. Tried to act like they had no idea, but it had been horrendously patch painted to try to hide the damage.

Buy a car the way it was meant to be

Because we live a distance from Kayser Lincoln, our initial car discussion started over the phone and then email. When I called, salesman Alfred Hall was assigned. He was pleasant, relatively easy to deal with, and I thought we reached a fair price on the vehicle. When we arrived to pick up the car we were not dragged thru the usual gauntlet of meeting the sales manager, the finance person, etc. The deal was straight up, the car was as promised, and the delivery took only an hour while the salesman showed us some of the major features and took us on a quick demo drive. We buy cars a lot. And this was one of the few pleasant transactions we have had in purchasing a vehicle. Nice job Alfred and the Kayser team; I would deal with you again if I had such another new vehicle need from Ford/Lincoln.
