DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever worked with. Test drove a car about 2 months ago, made an offer, was rejected and told that the price would NOT lower any further. Then this week it was posted BELOW my original offer, so I called and made another offer. They accepted and started paperwork for me to pick it up the next day. Drove over an hour from home only to get there only to find out that the car had been rear ended since I had seen it last and NO ONE told me. The online pictures and description still showed no damage and no accidents. They tried to hide it by backing it into a spot and when I pointed it out they said "oh, we had no idea it was hit". It had a horrid patch paint job in an attempt to cover it up, even though the whole trunk was blatantly out of alignment, so they had obviously half xxx fixed it and tried to get me to buy it hoping I would not notice the damage. What a bunch of LIARS and a WASTE OF TIME! Do not get duped by these criminals.

My fiance and I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer from Tim Gillham. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient with us, as this was our first car buying experience. He was very personable and an amazing salesman. When we buy our next vehicle, we will be going back to see Tim!

I returned to Kayser Service for a review of a previous repair that I was not satisfied with. The repair needed to be re-done after 2000 miles and 24 months! My car is a collector car that I use only on occasion in the summer. No argument, no question; re-done at no charge AND the original work was over $1400. This is the reason that I have purchased 12 cars from this dealer and have them serviced NO PLACE else.
