Continue to Offer Good Customer Service

We have been satisfied customers of Kayser for years. This is our first time working with Matthew and he continues the good service we have enjoyed. Matthew helped us find the right model that met our needs and provided the best incentives to purchase another Ford. Well informed and helpful sales person all the way around. Would recommend working with him if you are buying a new car.

Impressive as all get out.

Absolutely no pressure here. Zach was the MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE sales person I have ever worked with in the fifty years I’ve been purchasing vehicles. What a pleasure ! Wonderful vehicle and amazing service!

Working with Alfred was a joy! He tuned in quickly to what we were looking for and helped us find the right vehicle. He didn't pressure us at all. He did a lot of work to find us all the features we wanted and wouldn't stop until we had the perfect vehicle.

Very happy with my Quick Lane experience.

It was not busy. The service was wonderful! Staff called me to ask about additional work (was way too early so I opted out). They also recommended a new filter and explained the advantages of getting it replaced.... and I approved. They texted me couple of times to keep me informed of time lines... I was very happy with their work! I don't recall the name of the desk staff at Quick Lane or the 2-3 that did the work (was not introduced)

Great people to work with

We told Steve what we were looking for and he found it for us. The price was as expected, but we were pleased with the incentives offered. This is our 4th Edge. It is an excellent car and I would recommend it to anyone.

Bought a new Nautalus

Bea was great. She helped us through the prodded before and after the sale. Very patient and helpful. The gentleman who completed the paperwork was also very knowledgeable and professional

Service of Vehicle

Overall, Kayser Ford Lincoln does a very good job servicing my Lincoln MKx. I have taken the MKx there for service since we moved to Madison. I will continue to do so. My only complaint is the lack of a greeting when I walk in. Everyone in the service reception area is looking down at their computers and rarely look up to say hello, how may we help you. I end up picking a service advisor to walk up to and ask for help. It is almost like I am inconveniencing them. However, once I am being helped, the service is good.

Buying a car hassle free.

Buying a car from Alfred was wonderful. No pressure at all. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the car. He could answer all my questions while helping me find the car that was right for me. He is an asset to Kayser's and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.
