Extremely knowledgeable!

We worked with Alfred to buy our Lincoln Nautilus. He took us on a great test drive . He drove first and pointed out several features in the vehicle before we both drove the vehicle. We expressed to him that we did not want to spend a lot of time with all the paperwork. He made sure everything was ready and we signed everything easily and we were on our way in record time !! I highly recommend working with Alfred . He is extremely knowledgeable!!!

Best experience!

This was my second purchase from kayser ford working with the same salesman Dennis Balczewski, he exceeded my expectations while looking for a new suv and I got a brand new 2019 for explorer that I love! I will be back from here on out for all my vehicle purchases.

Stood behind their work

I have a 2017 Escape that has been seen by Kayser 3 times now in the past 8 weeks for a chronic Hill Start Assist issue. The third time I was just over 36000 miles on my warranty, so I was unsure what would happen with the cost. I contacted Jessica (I worked with her the first two times) and she was awesome once again. The manager in service authorized the repair no charge due to my previous troubles under warranty. They got me a loaner as well so I wouldn't be without a vehicle as I travel a lot for work. I appreciate them helping me out rather than saying "sorry, sucks you're past 36000mi." and leaving it at that. Thanks again for your help!

It's like visiting an old friend

I used to HATE taking my vehicle in for any sort of maintenance...the people would always pressure you to purchase additional services that you didn't want or need at crazy high prices, the waiting areas were always dirty and uncomfortable...just a terrible chore...UNTIL I started meeting with Larry Bronte at Kayser Ford. It's like meeting up with an old friend. He knows who I am when I walk in and exactly what I'm there for. (Nothing worse than having to stand there and give your name, then spell your name, then spell it again and then have them look you up by some account #) :) He offers advice on what he would do in similar situations, but not in a pushy way. I know that I can trust what he says and that he is looking out for what we need. I went from avoiding car service places to taking not only my vehicle in but my husband's too. I'm able to continue on with my day by logging into their WIFI in their comfortable waiting area without missing a beat. THANK YOU! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very laid back and friendly

I came here to buy a car for my mother-in-law. Although it was weird not to be able to haggle on the price, it was totally worth it to not work with a team driven by commission. It was a very chill experience and there was not a lot of pressure or drama. I normally buy quite fancy new import cars, but this was an equally lovely experience.
