Some helpful, some not!

I had heard good things about this dealer so I traveled from Holland to look at cars there. The sales woman who assisted me, Tonya, was more distracted and focused on her phone then she was on helping us and answering our questions. I have heard that other people had great experiences, but they must have had someone less rude working with them!!!

Excellent customer service.

Purchased a used F350 Super Duty dually at Preffered Ford. Worked with Bill Fisher, who provided excellent service in the transaction. Probably the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made. No high pressure sales tactics. Bottom line . . . work with Bill Fisher for a pleasant purchase.

Great customer service

We were on a road trip to Muskegon, MI, for my husband's work when we broke down. We were in Coopersville and unfamiliar with the area. We called Ford and they sent a tow truck to take us to the nearest Ford dealer which turned out to be Preferred Ford in Grand Haven , MI. We pulled in late on a Monday and was greeted by Ron in the service department. In less than a half hour they had diagnosed the problem! Since it was late we knew it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. Ron was great! He went over above as a service employee. He set us up with a loaner vehicle, told us of a great motel to stay at, talked about local restuarants, and most of all to check out the beach and lighthouse! Ford can certainly be proud of this dealer and their service department and employees! Great job!

Couldn't be happier!

We decided to visit this dealer after we saw their commercial advertising a "trade in and trade up" promotion. We looked at a few different vehicles - an F150, a Ford Escape and a Buick Encore. The financing process was no less than spectacular! Excellent service from all the staff, we were given the Blue Bucket tour and they were super welcoming even though we chose the Buick :) we plan to return for some protective treatments to the car, and take advantage of their $14.95 oil changes! Thanks to Alex and Jeff we definitely "traded in and traded up"!

Excellent service!

I want to say that the staff at Preferred Ford on S. Beacon Blvd, in Grand Haven, are the best! Excellent customer service and fast and complete repair service! Chris was great!

Chris was friendly and informative. We just bought a 2010 F-150 Truck that we look forward to driving for many years. An easygoing buying experience

I just traded in my 1998 Mercury Tracer wagon for a 2010 Ford Focus, and I'm very happy with the deal. Taylor is a very friendly and helpful sales associate, and he put in good deal of effort to make sure my insurance company didn't drag their feet with the information that they needed to fax to the dealership. The car was very clean inside and out when the purchase was finalized, and while I would have liked to drive off with a little more gas in the tank, I'm still very satisfied with the overall experience.

Treated like a princess !

Preferred is always very honest and trustful

Took my car in for a 30,000 service. I am always very confident that Preferred is only going to do what's skf0321 absolutely necessary. Due to construction, there wasn't any TV to watch, but that was only a minor issue.

The customer service we received from Jason Hollland was above and beyond! We weren't an easy sell or easy to please but Jason did just that. Jason and Jeff (finance) worked miracles for us! We were able to get out from underneath a broken vehicle and a high interest rate vehicle to 2 new vehicles that are very manageable!
