I bought a truck back in February 25.
I bought a truck back in February 25. Mind you it’s a used truck. The transmission on the first day was slamming during shifting at least twice. The seat started to disintegrate after month two of owning it. Now fast forward to recently I’ve had a brake issue feels like aka only getting 13 mpg when my dad who has the same truck gmc version is getting better mileage. Then told them about the slamming and feel like there was something wrong on the passenger front and possibly the back. All comes back to can’t find anything but they did fix the undercoating that I paid for that they never did back when I got the truck. But that very day down the road from the dealership and for a week at least now it’s spotty kinda but it smelled like something was burning in the rear end. Now fast forward to today the pedal was fine then became super soft and squealing noise is back and something feels like it’s holding the rear end and feels super tight. Also there still feels like something is broken in the front or front right. Also now I.have an evap leak code P0442. I talked to a family friend who owns thier own shop and said the fuel pump has an issue. All this stuff is not getting addressed and I want it addressed! They don’t hesitate to take my truck payment every month so they need to fix it to satisfactory and not say nothing is wrong when it’s clearly got issues and they probably didn’t even put it on a lift or drive it more than a min or two and maybe 1000 ft at most to the shop part from the part you check in at. ***Update still being ignored and its 10/7 and the tire pressure monitors only has one working and now i get a report and calls from onstar telling me that my antilock brakes are acting up and need service. I tried to call josh the service manager never contacts me and then i have to call angelo who gets the same thing from him. I called 2 weeks ago and then he called back at 3:30/3:45 and leaves at 4 so it’s kinda hard seeing at the time i was working 2nd shift. But i just called him last week and left all my info still no contact from him!!!!!! Never got sny paperwork from either time. So im paying for a truck that is very unsafe which im very very pissed off about. Ive already contacted the bbb. I will be contacting the nys attorney general about this and will be looking into taking legal action!!! This place has terrible service and manners!!!! If someone has an issue take care of it not run and hide or dodge me!!!! Stand behind uour words and follow through!!! I want answers and my truck fixed seeing it’s been 4/5/6 months that ive had issues that have and were never taken care of from day one of bringing it in!!!!!! Last time i checked all these especially the evap leak and antilock brakes not working and JOSH HIMSELF DROVE AND SAID THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE BRAKES WITH A MECHANIC!!!! SO THEY CAN REIMBURSE ME FOR ALL THE MONTHS MY TRUCK HAS BEEN HAVING ISSUES BECAUSE ITS UNFAIR TO ME TO PAY FOR A TRUCK WITH ISSUES. ALSO PAY TO HAVE MY SERVICE PLANS EXTENDED AS WELL THE TIME ITS BEEN HAVING SAID ISSUES. IDC IF THEY FONT HAVE RENTALS THEY CAN PAY FOR ONE FOR ME OR TAKE ONE OFF THE LOT!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!

I have contacted numerous times both through salesman and service!!! See update part of review!!!! I’ve contacted at least 6 plus times!!!! Left name number etc seeing Josh hasn’t answered me at all except one time and called as he was almost leaving!!!! I’ve called back and left my name and number a couple times since then still no answers or calls!

Arrived to find the vehicle we called about was not
Arrived to find the vehicle we called about was not there. They had a identical vehicle in another color and did not even try to sell us on that one. Salesman went back into the showroom and sat down. It was a 2 hr trip on way that was a waste of time

Terrible bought a truck with compromised mileage ,management promised to correct it in carfax and reniged offering 18000 to buy back after paying 33000 Never buy there again Buyer beware!
