Great experience from the very start. Dillon was helpful in finding what we wanted and within our budget parameters. He didn?t try to over sell me, which is a major problem I find in other dealerships. Arundel Ford also gave me the highest trade-in value, competing with 4 other big names in town! The signing process is painless these days. We felt comfortable with our signer and the offers he provided. My wife and I couldn?t be happier with this dealership and look forward to doing more business in the near future.

Great staff that worked very hard to complete the deal on our Lariat F-150. The parts dept and service dept helped to complete an already well equipped truck to our requests. We look forward to working with the Arundel Ford Team.

Arundel Ford ordered a driver seat bottom cover for my 2023 Mustang Mach-E to replace the original which had developed cracks in the material. When it arrived they set it aside and I scheduled an appointment for installation which only took about an hour and it looks good as new. I would recommend the Arundel Ford Service Department without hesitation.

Super responsive to all my questions. Super nice too. I started with one salesman, Greg who later left the dealership. The transition to a new salesman, Sam, was seemless.

This was my first experience with Arundel Ford and the staff was exceptional. From the time we stepped on the property until the time we drove the 2025 Ford Explorer home, Sam and Robert and staff were truly professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again for a great experience.
