Richard was my sales man and I couldn't be happier with him. He showed me how to use everything in my car before I left the lot and I felt like I could trust him completely.

Everyone was great from the sales staff to Brittany in financing. Even after the deal was done and I had driven back home 2-1/2 hours, Joe still made sure I was taken care of helping me get a part needed for the soft top on the Jeep I bought. Thank again Joe!

I had an excellent experience with McDonald Ford in Freeland, Michigan as I recently decided on a new Mustang GT. Sales Rep Joe Sax answered my phone call, listened to me, and delivered exactly what I was looking for, and as I insisted, quickly. Finance guy Chris Galus, cheerfully guided my wife and I through the piles of paperwork. He too understands the difference good customer service makes to the customer. Couldn't be more satisfied!
