First time customer to Yankee. Purchased a used Ranger, part of the deal was to return in 6 months and get a new set of tires. The sales staff were great and service staff even better. They provided me with a loaner while I left me truck overnight. The tires were mounted, balanced and ready to roll the next morning. Also spoke with John about what seemed to be a missing part on my soft bed cover. He did some research and hopes to have the missing part on site in a few days. Now my bed should be water tight. Call and received a prompt appointment to service my 2017 F150. I dropped the vehicle off and was greeted very promptly and professionally. Once my vehicle was ready I received a phone call and the vehicle was parked in a safe and secure spot until I could pick it up

We drive almost 2 hours to bring our car to them because of the amazing customer service and quality they offer.
