The way car shopping should be. I found the truck I was looking for at a fair price.

was not happy with how the salesman talked to me about some things on the truck that need fixed before I would buy it. I really liked the truck, he said he would call me today and I never heard from him

We visited this dealership twice, making a purchase on 2nd visit (4/27/16), a 2009 Chevy Silverado. We were/are very impressed with the dealership overall, and especially Norm Lotz who was our sales person. Norm spent over three hours after we decided to purchase the 2009 truck, never pressured us, made his goal 100% customer satisfaction, didn't rush us with the paperwork, we were so pleased with everything when we left. This morning we noticed the truck we purchased was advertised online for $400 less than we paid and communicated the same to Norm. Within an hour, Norm responded, he didn't know the truck was going to be priced lower today (and he does not work on commission either!). He and the dealership agreed to send back that $400 including the sales tax. We were very impressed before finding out about the $400 return! We went back for the second time because my husband was so impressed at the first visit. Now a day later, the feeling of honesty from them has more than doubled, and the integrity of the dealership and Norm has more than reinforced how positive we felt at the first visit. They are amazing and we are so very happy with our "new" truck! We are beaming!

Tiffany was very good at answering any question I had. She was prompt and nice. Great customer service. I also love that they bring the car to you if needed. I live almost 2 hours away and they brought the vehicle I wanted to test drive right to me. They also brought it back to me when I purchased it. As far as quality of car, I don't know yet, just got it, but hope it's 5 stars!!

I worked with Kim on a used vehicle. Kim was professional and very easy to work with. She followed up with all of my questions and concerns. She even did a walk around of the vehicle before I looked at it highlighting anything of concern. I will definitely work with Kim again and she certainly earned my business! I was pleased with this buying experience :)

I found myself in a pickle with my car breaking down so I decided to go looking...I discovered that schafer chevy had about 4 cars on the lot that I was interested in so we made the 1.5 hour trip there to check it out... I had a great expierence with our salesmen Dan D. he was amazing to work with and had us set to go in a matter of 45 minutes! we did bring our own financing which was a smudge tricky but nothing major we just had to wait a few days for that to all process... overall a great expierence the only issue I had with the whole process was that when I finally did go pick up my car the day the deal was finished the tank was on E I thought for sure they would at least put a little gas in it was a bit disappointed that I had to get gas before even leaving pinconning...

We really enjoyed purchasing our 1500 Ram Truck from Schafer! Our salesperson, Norm, was very help, friendly, not pushy at all, and really went the extra mile. The "no haggle price" was refreshing and far below other comparable dealers. Their integrity was refreshing...imagine that, an experience that connected "integrity" with "buying a used car". Thanks!

Bought a used car with Kim's help. She was informative, relaxed, and genuine - very easy to talk to. The car had over 100,000 miles on it, but Kim still made sure the car was cleaned very well for us and made sure the tires were balanced since I had felt some vibrations during the test ride. No pressure at all from Kim. I liked that I didn't have to haggle and play the game of waiting for her to speak to the manager - the price we saw was the price we paid, so we were all finished with everything in about an hour and a half.

The service from Tim was excellent. He made the whole process easy and did all the leg work so all I had to do was pick out a car, test drive it and sign papers. The environment was friendly and I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

we purchased a truck on 11/30/2015 We had a great salesman his name was Norm he is a very positive individual he was their early this morning to greet us and help us with our purchase, we spend nearly the whole day with him. he is very out going and does his job very well. he took very good care of us and we just want to think him for all his hard work Thank You Again Norm .
