When making an appointment do it over phone, used my Ford App and only a portion of wanted serviced was scheduled. Morgan at service was able to get all my service needs done with same appointment. Very nice and attentive to my needs.

Typical dealership but the service department could use some help, to be organized better. It was confusing to figure out where to enter for oil change only, and when making an appointment, you'll have to wait until it's your turn, which makes the appointment pointless.

Everyone on staff are friendly and very professional. They care about the service provided, Good communication and helpful information.

Morgan Hargen was excellent he kept me informed about my vehicle and answered all my questions. Kendall picked up my vehicle and delivered back to me which was so helpful as I was at work.

We love our Maverick and Martin N. was instrumental in getting it for us (just as he has been for all the other vehicles we've bought from Kendall). Just can't say enough about the service representatives at Kendall. They always are able to take time to inform you of everything they tackled during the service appointment. Also, the quick service for just getting oil changes does a great job.
