Awesome service!

I am giving an excellent review because you truly did a great job with my car and got it done very quickly. This is the second review I have done, apparently the first didn't take, if you keep sending me emails to do more reviews on the same service the review will not be as good the next time! I have gotten at least 6 of these emails since I had my car in, I reply immediately to the very first email with my review.

I just purchased a 2015 Explorer. My salesmen was very helpful and stayed with me through the entire process. No hard sales and was very helpful. I would recommend Mel King to others looking. Financing was helpful through Oregon Community and partnering with Kendall Ford. Although, I did spend more for the vehicle than expected which did raise my monthly payments. So far I am pleased with the Explorer except for the overall fuel economy. More total miles should help with MPG. Back lift gate latch is broken and part has been ordered but have not heard as od today if latch has come in. Overall, I like the XLT.

My first experience with Kendall Service Dept.

My first time at Kendall Ford Service Dept. and must say I missed Kendall Toyota Service Dept. across the street with the newer facility. It felt cramped, many waiting and it didn't look too comfortable. I walked to Valley River Center and was expecting a phone call to say my car was ready to be picked up. Never got one, so I walked back to pick up my car and it was ready. People were friendly and helpful, seemed a little understaffed... but it was lunch time.

Would have been helpful to have had someone go over the inspection package with me as I needed to have work done on some very important items that I would have liked to have done at the same time my Excursion was in the Kendall shop.

Kendall Ford

Courtesy Shuttle dropped us off at the Mall while vehicle was getting serviced but we were unable to contact them to pick us up. We called twice and left voice messages but never got a response. Fortunately the mall was only a couple of blocks from the dealership. We walked back. I took the truck in for scheduled service on my F-250 and the service writer informed me that there was a recall on my truck, we included that with the service to be performed but my paperwork said nothing about it so I'm not sure if it was done.

Outstanding customer service!

Service Writer Steve Hilliard was very efficient and listened to my complaint. As always it was handled very professional. After the recall was performed the car continued to have transmission problem Steve and I agree to return to dealership next week.

Pete is great to work with.

Pete at the service desk is who I like dealing with and he always makes me feel like he is genuinely concerned about my truck. I took my F350 in because the engine light came on, made an appointment and came back athe next day and dropped it off. They said it was the EGR cooler. It was replaced and I picked it up later that day. 5 days later the check engine light came on again. Pete was not in so I spoke with Alex, he had someone put a computer on the fault codes and told me it could be 1 of 10 different problems, they reset the fault codes, light went off and he said if it came on again, to bring the truck in and they would need my truck for a couple of days. I don't know about you guys but I can't have my truck down for 2 days, it is my only transportation. I bought the truck for reliability reasons after being a Chevy guy all my life. Light has not come back on in 350 miles.
