They're honest. I appreciate that.

Every time I head to Kendall for service, the people there are always great. This last time Tammy kept me informed during my visit. The visit took longer than planned as there was a recall to deal with, but Tammy consistently kept me apprised of the revised time frame I was to deal with, and it was much appreciated. Thank you for that Tammy.

Quick and effective service

We are snowbirds. We haul a 40' 5th wheel with a Ford F-350. We developed an ABS on dash warning. Your service department were quick to set an appointment, the ABS issue was discovered and a new speed sensor was installed. Our brakes were checked and our F-350 was returned to. Alex Brown, our service consultant, provided us with first class service.

Still working out the VIN mix-up from the purchase, but that wasn't the service department's fault.

A+ for Oil Change F- for Sales Customer Service!

The service dept. did a great job, as always. The rest of the dealership...not so much. I wandered around the lot and showroom for over 2 hours and NOT ONE person greeted me, asked if I was being helped, had any questions, etc. We are looking into buying an F 30 Duly and have decided NOT to buy it at Kendall Ford! We refuse to reward a business that ignores us...we are voting with our feet and buying elsewhere!
