Tom V. is a gem!

My experience was great at Berlin City - Tom went out of his way to help me again! He found the vehicle I wanted at the right mileage and price. While I was unable to finance the vehicle at the right payment/interest rate due to some credit issues of my own, I will definitely be back in 4-6 months to purchase a new vehicle from him!

The best!

The service department at Berlin City is always excellent to deal with. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, my car is always done in a timely manner, and the valet service means that there is no interruption to my day when my car needs service.

Horrible customer service if you ever need them.

Original experience purchasing a car was fine. Took my car into to Berlin for service each time. They were the only ones to ever touch my car. All of a sudden, my car needed a brand new engine! Thankfully, it was covered under warranty. Here's where it gets fun: Berlin couldn't get a new engine delivered for a whole month. They also didn't have a rental car for me!! I had to ASK for a rental car, one was not provided for me as a courtesy. They had to find a third party to get me a rental car and I didn't hear back from them for days. I had to reach out and ask for an update. All this time I am carpooling with my husband. I have the rental car for a week and the dealership reaches out to me on a Monday at 12pm and says that my car is ready. I have to figure out how to get there and drop my rental car off. Oh! And they won't extend the rental contract so if I can't make it in that day then I have to pay. AND their shuttle service is down so no one could pick me up. Thanks Berlin!!! That was so EASY! What a great motto you have. Horrid customer service. I'll never be back.

My car unexpectedly needed a new engine (on a 2014 Kia

My car unexpectedly needed a new engine (on a 2014 Kia Sorento)- just stopped shifting correctly one day. Had to tow it in to the dealership ($300 right there). Said they wouldn't be able to get a new engine in for awhile. I had to ASK if I would be provided a rental for this extended time. They informed me that they didn't have any rentals available. They reached out to a third party to get me a rental but I had to follow up and ask- communication was so poor. I finally get a rental A MONTH later. One day, my car is ready at 12pm. I am told that I will need to drop the rental off first. I ask if there is a shuttle service so that someone can pick me up and bring me to the dealership. They no longer have shuttle service. GREAT! Now I have to coordinate with my husband's shedule again. BUT Berlin will no longer pay for a rental past this day so if I can't figure out my schedule in the next 5 hours, I will have to pay for extended rentals! This will be my last experience with this dealership. I wish I had never bought a car from them. Their motto is "Take it easy"- like they are supposed to make your life a little easier when things go wrong with your car. This was the most stressful experience with no communication or understanding.

Bought new Kia Seltos ex

I had a very good experience with buying my new Seltos EX. Working with Kyle McGuire and Andrew Sears was perfect. I had questions and always received a very friendly and accurate answer. I am so pleased with my new car. Kyle and Andrew made me feel at ease and important. I will recommend Berlin City Kia to family and friends with no hesitation.

Buying the car was fine but unfortunately if you have to

Buying the car was fine but unfortunately if you have to deal with the service department you will have a battle. I would be disgusted as a general manager who over sees all departments if my service department was run this way. I have battled with them since the day I bought my car when a light came on. Basically had the run around, didnt' hear from the for a week unless I called told car was done when i wasn't and basically called a liar for a light that came on even those i sent all things in photos for a lovely trail. Don't go here if you don't have to

Always excellent service and professionalism.

Always excellent service and professionalism. I’ve purchased three vehicles from them in the last 6 years and every experience has been a breeze. Dedrick is the best GM I’ve ever worked with (and I visited a handful of other dealerships before this last purchase — strictly out of interest in a different brand of vehicle!). Knowledgeable, caring, professional and willing to work with you. I’ll never buy a car anywhere else!

$6,000 over MSRP!

While searching for a new KIA EV6, I found this dealer listing 3 in stock. They list the MSRP of the vehicle $6,000 higher than what KIA lists the same vehicle for. After contacting the dealer, they state that it's there "dealer fee" on top of the MSRP and they do this because of low inventory. So why don't you give me more for my trade? Will the vehicle be worth more when I got to sell it down the road? The answer is no and this is just an example of a dealer taking advantage of its customers.

They were very friendly at first but when we wanted to

They were very friendly at first but when we wanted to test drive the Kia Niro, the only style car interested in, they said the check engine light came on and a week later they had still not resolved what the problem was and never contacted us again. Not sure how trustworthy they are.
