If your buying a car sure their fine but their techs to work on your car are inexperienced and will cost you more then its worth. They will break things while working on your car and tell you that you broke it when it was fine when it went in there..

Entire staff was very friendly/worked hard to get us into the car for us.

I went to Berlin city on Nov 4,2021 because Josh reached out to me about a van that I Previously called about months ago that was in transit. Well it finally arrived and was rolling off the truck . So I headed right over. Well I decided I didn’t want the van but continued looking at the new vehicles that came in and I decided to buy a 2022 Telluride . Josh is a great salesman very professional and honest and he answered all my questions. Josh even called the next day to see if I had anymore questions or concerns. Over all Everyone at Berlin city seems to Love their job and work as a team together.

Can’t trust these people. They are liars. They will lie to you about trade values to make money and hold interest rate points to make you pay more.

I have been a customer for 5 plus years, we have purchased 3 vehicles from them and have them service them after today i have reached last straw. scheduled service appointment for 9 am ,, dropped early. no rush have ready by 2 , texted at 2 wasnt ready …. finally got out of dealership at 3 …kid had to wait in the rain…. other car has major drive line leak and they dont see it , im letting warranty deal with it …. dont do business with them if you dont want to waste time and money

I was nervous. I’d never leased a car before and was on my own. Adam Rich and Ben Perry made it all easy. They know what they’re doing and do it right. When I pulled into the lot, one vehicle caught my eye. I thought, “That’s it.” Though I never mentioned that to Ben, it was the first car he brought out for me to look at. It’s now sitting in my driveway, making me happy every time I look at it.

This dealership is awesome to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful. Felt like stepping back in time to when people took the time to really listen to what you wanted and did everything they could to make it happen. Brought in my 2020 Kia Soul that was making a knocking noise when steering. Turned out to just be a jug of maple syrup under my seat, whoops. Didn’t charge me and updated my computer as there was a recall on it. Also washed the outside of my car.

Had a great experience at Berlin City. I was trying to decide between a Kia Seltos and a Subaru Crossfit. Josh was knowledgeable about both. There was no pressure (I did two test drives over a week while I was deciding). We were able to come to a mutually agreed upon financial arrangement very quickly. They also took the Covid-19 precautions seriously. It was a very safe and friendly place.
