The worst time I have ever had
Worst time I have ever had was sent back to sweet home several times each time it was something different. Was told had car and left with nothing. Was told and put insurance on the car still no car. Drove 90 miles was there @ 10 am left at 6pm no car... Wasted a whole day and got nothing...worst day ever...

Poor cutomer service, manager has poor PR
It is not good PR, or good manners for a manager to argue with a customer with out trying to show proof the customer is mistaken. What ever happened to "The customer is always right and if not, don't be RUDE. Upon arriving I ask to speak to a Onwer, but found out I got a Sales Manager. I was not there to ask for my Money back which was a large amount, but explain that the work done, did not solve the problem and after calling 2 times and got NO return call , I was not happy. It is my fault I did not go into the place in person. Being of Senior age I still think people in business should care what the public thinks of them. I am asking only that an Owner contact me , please. just e mail me a ph. # to get in touch with you. Lets see if these reviews are actually read.

Used car purchase
I was very happy either service and the deal. I went in looking for a specific car and received a much better deal then I could find closer to my home. Drove an extra hour to get there, well worth it.

Receptionest, house wife and mother
Took my new car in for oil change, cam back with check engine light on. wanted $108 to check. Wasn't on before oil change. Finely after 2 months of complaints, they did check it for $40, fixed it, NOT, Light on as I left. I am single woman and have to drop off and pick up before and after their hours. Also vacuumed only half of car.

Poor Service
Took my 2008 Saturn Outlook in for leak repair. Service department said they fixed it. Nothing was fixed. Car was still leaking. My husband took the headliner out and found they did not hook up the drain tubes. I had at least of inch of water standing on my floor boards. They are also refusing to fix the Re-Call on the ignition switch on my Cadillac even though GM told me to take it to them. I would never go back there - unless they were the last mechanics on the earth!
