Hastings Ford

Absolutely horrible experience at Hastings Ford. I bought a vehicle back in January, and working with Zach was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had. I felt misled throughout the process, and I did not feel that he was honest or transparent with me. Once the sale was done, it seemed like my concerns didn’t matter. Customer service and integrity should come first when buying a vehicle, but that was not my experience here. I regret buying from this dealership, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of dealerships that will treat you with honesty and respect I don’t believe this was one of them.

These people are my heros; answer all my questions & keep my car in ship-shape! Their service is efficient, convenient and done with a smile. I always leave there with confidence & would recommend them to my friends. Thanks!

I have been bringing my vehicles here since the 90's. I usually have a great experience. However even when something has gone wrong, or wasn't fixed like I wanted, they followed up to make it right. What really makes them different for me is the people. Actually many of my friends today are employee's of the store, and other's I have met at the dealership. I bought my first truck there and I will probably buy my last truck there.

We found a used F150 online at Hastings Ford that met our needs. We scheduled a test drive and ended up buying the truck. It was as advertised - the differentiator for us was the service we received, and the no pressure sales and ability to negotiate. We had never been to Hastings Ford and we are happy to leave them a 5 star review for the unit as advertised and the best service we've received from a dealership. Shout out to the entire sales/finance team for working with us on a snowy, late Friday afternoon.

Not the best dealership. They are currently fixing my Toyota. They shouldn't have to fix my truck it should have been fixed when it went through the service dealership. Shame it is They missed the doot.

Don't ever take any of your vehicles to hastings ford or any of the hastings auto group cause there thieves that would rather lie to your face than treat you with respect. There misunderstanding cost them a customer and an employee cause they have no morals or values . And on top of anything dont ever ask for any kind of refund cause they will just stop doing business with you period . Another ford dealership laughed at hastings ford and said they were wrong with the way they handled my situation plus the owner didn't even investigate the problem

Update to previous review, I took the car into the dealership today. Gave them a letter of everything that happened to the manager. He went and talked to the appropriate people. Than had a detailed clean it and do what he could also said if that did work they had another solution to try. The car now smells new again after a month and my wife can finally ride in it again. I want to apologize and thank the Manager for understanding and helping us fix the horrible smell. I at this point would definitely buy from Hastings Ford again.
