Purchased a Used 2021 Ford Expedition Max Limited from

Purchased a Used 2021 Ford Expedition Max Limited from this dealership that I first viewed on Cars.com. Inquired with the Sale Consultant Don Newton and requested additional pictures of the vehicle. Don sent me the photos that same day. Set up a time to view and test drive the vehicle and it was by far the most enjoyable vehicle purchase I've had to date. Don was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and the whole purchasing process was extremely laid back with no pressure to purchase. I was then passed off to Cody Heath the Finance Manager and that was a seamless process as well. I was looking to purchase an extended warranty and I had previously shopped around prior to my purchase of this vehicle and decided to go with the extended warranty Cody had recommended. I did tell both of them after the whole process that this was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The sales consultant (Don Newton) had the vehicle all

The sales consultant (Don Newton) had the vehicle all ready upon my arrival. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicle features and answered all of my questions. It was a very good interaction and no overbearing sales pitch. I would recommend this dealership.

Seems to like any other dealership.

Seems to like any other dealership. Never went there talked over the phone. Still looking and haven't ruled theirs out yet completely. But it's a little upsetting, bc they have a vehicle that's been there almost an entire year and it's what I'm looking for. But I have a trade also. They gave me a terrible number for a trademark then their vehicle that's been sitting there almost a year and he said yes it really needs a home they don't want to budge on the price and it's right in there with everyone else for a price. But being there almost a year you would think they would do almost anything to move it. But nope. They don't want to. I do have 5 others I'm looking at other dealerships so wr will see.
