Fake personality and un authentic. Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I would not recommend working with SJ. She came across as friendly to my face, but her behavior toward her coworkers was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable. While I was there, I could also hear employees in the sales office laughing loudly and making inappropriate jokes. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional, and it did not inspire confidence in the dealership.

I came in without an appointment but they fit me right in. Everyone was so great! I really trust everyone at Carr Subaru because they truly care about me and my Subaru Outback. The pricing was very reasonable, even less than one of those discount oil change places. I will always bring my Subaru to Carr Subaru!

Everyone was very polite and pleasant. The waiting room is comfortable. They answered my questions as best they could. The process took the expected amount of time.

I accidentally made an appointment at the wrong Subaru. Didn't matter. Everyone was really nice and still got my car taken care of in an hour and a half. The gentleman organizing the cars coming in still made sure I was helped and was very kind. I accidentally gave him the wrong info about the service my car needed so he sent me to the regular maintenance line. Turns out I only needed an express visit. The gal at the desk (she had long red hair) was nice enough to walk me over to the express line and even took my car over to the correct place for me. The gentleman who sent me to the wrong place even checked back in to make sure everything was ok since he saw me going to the other desk. It was my fault I was in the wrong line, not his, but he was still nice about it.
