Great salesperson

George Mayfeild was a great sales person. He got us everything we wanted which was a hyper blue 2016 crosstrek, we love the car very much, the color is so much fun, This is the second car we purchased from George. He is a great guy. a pleasure to work with and very helpful when you ask for help about anything about the car. Thanks again George your great!!! Thomas and Debbie Johnson

Another great experience from Subaru of Puyallup.

This is our third new Outback. By far this was the easiest deal we have every completed. Over the phone I gave Brian the details of the deal I wanted and an hour later I received a phone call saying the deal was accepted. I did a lot of research on what my car was worth and what would be a good price for my target car. My wife and I arrived at the dealership and completed the transaction for a new 2016 Outback Limited, no stress at all. The dealership exceeded my expectations on the deal they gave me and the service I received. I got a great car and a great deal. Thank you again Brian Fuller and Subaru of Puyallup for all you?ve done for me and my family.

The usual great experience

After finding out that my 2008 Forester would need almost 4K in repairs I decided to trade the old beast in on a new beast at the same shop I've been doing business with for years... Subaru of Puyallup. Kimberlee McPherson was my sales consultant and she was a pleasure to work with. Thanks!

Amazing dealership

On 1/05/16 My husband and I went into Subaru of Puyallup all stressed because our current car had just lost a motor and I need a new car... We were in instantly greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic Kimberlee McPherson would was just awesome ! She had the personality and knowledge that earned our trust. We found the SUV of our dreams and the dealership worked everything out in their stress free environment. We drove home so happy! We already have plans to go back this year and get another car for my husband from Kimberlee of course :) thank you all for making my car buying process so great ??????

Great Dealership

We had a great experience with our Subaru purchase. Dave Warmack is a very personable, knowledgeable sales man. The buying experience was indeed stress free. We had been looking for the perfect Forester within our budget and Dave helped us find the perfect one. We will be back again, as we are Subaru people for life now. I would highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup to anyone in the market for a subaru.

Excellent Customer Service

If you are looking for a place to purchase your next car, look no further because the team at Subaru of Puyallup will make this experience memorable and STRESS FREE. This is my second time purchasing my car from Subaru of Puyallup. In addition, the second time working with George Mayfield. I used to be one of those people who feared and dreaded car dealerships. George has changed my perspective and I now look forward to going to the dealership. George is always willing to go the extra mile and provide top notch customer service. George is not only a car salesman, he has become a member of our family. Wade, in finance, made my experience quick and easy. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and was able to get me a better deal on my 2016 Legacy. And the service team... Talk about exceptional customer service! Not only did have a fear of going to car dealerships, but I used to detest taking my car in for service. The service team is always looking out for the customer and their cars. If something is wrong with your car, they will inform you and will do their best in getting your car back to tip top shape again. The are not enough words of praise left to be said about the Team at the Subaru of Puyallup. They are my go to place for cars and the only place I recommend to my family, friends, and strangers.

Totally Stress Free our salesman was Jerry Harris!

We couldn't be happier. Great dealership - they mean what they say. Our salesman Jerry Harris was outstanding. I can actually say we have never had such a great experience. He was patient, informative, and wanted us to make the right choice on a car for us. Jerry will be our go to guy on future vehicle purchases and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We purchased a 2016 Outback Package 15 and absolutely love it!

Very Professional in every way

If I had a complaint it would be I felt over loaded with information. I recognize that the new cars of today are now employing more and more creature comforts than ever before and they do require explanation. Our salesman was very careful to go over the features of the car which was most helpful and gave us a great start. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Just what you would expect in someone representing a company such as Subaru. It has been, up to this point, an exceptional experience. If it were possible I would suggest the development of a video that would explain, in detail, the features of the car that can be gone over in the comfort of home on a computer, tablet, or other device that would allow you to stop and replay and possibly experience at the same time, some of the features that are going to require repeated use to be able to enjoy the function comfortably and safely while on the road. Just a thought. Our Outback is all we hoped it would be and look forward to many fun miles in it.

Great place to buy a new car

I have used this dealership to fix my old WRX and buy my new one. Matthew from services helped me plan all repairs and worked with me to keep the cost down. When I was finished with the repairs. Dave Warmack helped me buy a brand new 2016 WRX it's great to drive a brand new car.
