Subaru of Puyallup

We had a pretty good experience buying our Outback from Leidy at this location. She was very patient and good natured through our decision making process and helped everything go quickly once we chose a car. I would say that there was some pressure on the front end to purchase that day, when we went in being very clear that we were there to see what kind of car we wanted, but not buy for another month or so. I would have liked for her to have really heard what we said and not pressured us to get serious about something on the lot, however, I understand that is part of the car sale business, and she was good at it - we bought a car that day. However, if we had waited, like we planned to, after getting her great service looking around and educating ourselves on the cars, we would have definitely gone back to her later and probably purchased an even newer and nicer car. There's not a whole lot more I can say about that except "Oh well." I would give the service department 3 or 4 stars. They are nice for the most part but way over priced and on several occasions recommended repairs to our car that we were told by three other mechanics were unnecessary. Hard to put our trust in them, even though I would really like to consider them trustworthy.

My wife had been corresponding with Austin Embody via email about a 2018 Subaru Forester. We decided to drive to Puyallup to test drive a 2019. Upon arriving Austin greeted us and his first words were he wanted our experience to be stress free and enjoyable.During the test drive Austin answered all of our questions and explained the different features. When we got back to the dealership Austin went over the differences between the Touring model that we thought we wanted and the Limited model we had just test driven. The Limited was less expensive and had all of the features we wanted , so we bought that one.We would highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup and Austin to anyone looking for a Subaru!

Subaru of Puyallup made a long process of searching for cars easy by listening and truly caring to what I was asking and looking for. The salesperson I worked with was Helmut Immig and he was the most helpful, direct, and caring car salesperson I have ever met! (And I've been talking to salespeople for at least three months now!) He had options when I walked in the door of the cars I was looking for, and was open to hearing my thoughts about them. I 100% recommend Subaru of Puyallup to anyone because of their kindness, ability to care so much for their customers, and take the time it needs to help those buying a car feel comfortable.

My car buying experience at Subaru of Puyallup was great! My salesperson, Mary Mac was awesome... she took time to answer my many questions, and when she didn't have the answer, she found someone who did. AND best of all, she found me the PERFECT car!! I recently went back to the Puyallup dealership to lease my 3rd Subaru and it was so easy! I sought out Dima, who helped me in the past, and they arranged to have the vehicle I wanted transported to their location and stayed late so that I could have my dream car the same day! I will absolutely work with this dealership (and hopefully Dima!) in the future. Go Subaru!
