Best car buying experience - EVER!

We just bought a new Subaru from Dave Warmack and we love it! Subaru of Puyallup is certainly a "hassle-free" dealership, from the test drive to the financing, the process couldn't have been easier. We are once again a Subaru family and all of our future cars will come from Dave Warmack at Subaru of Puyallup. Thanks Dave!!

Awesome

This was the best car buying experience ever, our salesman Dave Warmack (30 Years at the dealer) was super patient, easy to work with and great to chat with. Many recommended that my wife and I come here...we're glad that we did.

Best saleswoman ever - Mary Macfarlane

My husband and I went to Subaru of Puyallup simply to just check out the Crosstrek. We were greeted by Mary Macfarlane who was friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. After test driving the Crosstrek and Impreza we weren't sure those were the cars for us so we left and continued our shopping. Mary was there for us through the several weeks of us trying to find the perfect car for us. I had asked her if she could keep me updated on any new inventory she thought fit our criteria and she did, she even threw in some additional information to help us make our decision, and when she came across a WRX that fit all of our criteria she contacted us right away and helped me put the car on hold until we could make it in to check it out. Once we test drove the car we knew it was the perfect car for us, and we NEVER would have even thought of a WRX if it weren't for Mary's help and keeping an eye out for us. We had such a wonderful experience working with everyone at Subaru of Puyallup, but Mary is a top notch saleswoman! If you need anything she is there for you and if there's something she doesn't know she finds out the answer right away for you. This is our first Subaru vehicle and we are convinced we will never buy any other make of vehicle again! And not just because Subaru vehicles are amazing, but because we had the best car buying experience we have every had! We can't thank Mary enough for hanging in there with us for over a month and a half of us waiting to find the perfect car! She truly has the customer's best interests at heart.

Incredible Sales Person

Purchasing a new car can be a stressful experience. Purchasing a new car for our daughter from across the country, was a whole other challenge...that is, until we had the blessing of meeting Ryan Gifford! This young man went above and beyond what any other salesman has ever done for us in the past and made the entire experience stress-free. Ryan never tried to ?sell? us anything. His aim was solely to make sure all of our needs were met. He is one of the most personable, genuine and honest sales person we?ve ever encountered in any dealership. Ryan is a true asset to Subaru of Puyallup and because of him, we would most definitely refer this dealership to others. We do hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Gail and Roland Williams

Car's great at least.

EDIT 2: Adjusted down to three starts, found out they did 3 hard credit inquiries for the loan, I was not informed of this and was only expecting 1, the fact I had to look up my credit report to see why my score seemed lower than I expected when viewed on my bank is an annoyance. Also the loan officer stated, and to quote the text, "Cool. I am mailing out the paper to you today that states you get the 3 additional oil changes." on March 15th at 10:20 am, and I have yet as of March 30th received anything in the mail. EDIT: Adjusted number of stars as well as statement within review: I wish to state Helmut was a great guy and I'm very happy with my car! There was an issue with the loan process but they went out of their way to make it better without me asking for any kind of compensation, and I appreciate it from a retail associate stand point to try and make a mistake right. Overall I'm happy with the dealership thus far and intend to have my vehicles services performed their in the coming future.

Greatest and Easiest car buying experience ever

Discounts and Stress free pricing is unbeatable. Currently located overseas and their internet consultants (Le'Shung and Brittany ) made the buying process so easy. Would definitely buy from them again.

Great Buying Experience!

My wife and I have been researching new vehicles for a few months and went into the dealership knowing what we wanted. Andrew was our sales person and the first vehicle we looked at ended up being the one! We never felt pressured or stressed at anytime during our experience. Andrew is very knowledgeable and knows the vehicles very well. Our test drive was fun and informative. When it came to the purchase process it was straightforward and transparent. We walked away feeling really good about our decision and with how we were treated at Subaru of Puyallup.

George Mayfield is THE best!

I cannot say enough about the kindness, thoughtfulness, efficiency and care that George provided to me when I called about turning in my old Subaru and getting a new one at a price that I could work with. My financial parameters were very specific, and George met all of my requirements, 100%, and went the extra mile to deliver my car to me (over an hour away) and pick up my old one. What a fantastic person and a fantastic experience with Subaru Puyallup! Thank you so much. George, you are the best!

Excellent car Buying Experience!

Fantastic car buying Experience!!! I knew I wanted a Subaru Forester and I had been looking online for two weeks, other dealerships did not have the inventory Puyallup had or the lower Pricing. I contacted Ryan G salesperson of Subaru of Puyallup. Ryan immediately emailed me the cars that would come close to what I was looking for and and one that was exactly what I wanted. I wasn't able to get in to the dealership right away and the car I was interested in was sold. Ryan and Dan (used sales Manager) were on a mission to find me a car, Dan said I'm always getting cars in and sure enough Ryan emailed two days later and found the perfect car for me. I asked Ryan to fax over the CARFAX and inspection and he did so within 5 min. I drove down to the dealership he had 3 cars to choose from. I was the most relaxing enjoyable car buying experience. Not only was it the perfect car with everything I expected it was an excellent price and Certified. They even worked with me and gave me a discount with no haggling. I wasn't able to pick the car up that day and Ryan offered to meet me half way the next day (2 hour drive from my house) I felt like I was buying from a family member.
