Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. They made sure to explain the differences in vehicles, and answered all the questions I had. They were thorough in researching each vehicle I inquired about. Overall, an excellent experience.

Friendly courteous greating in the lot by staff. Worked with Owen who professionally and honestly answered all of our questions and found keys to the vehicles we were interested in. Once we decided on which vehicles we'd like to purchase, Owen Quickly and efficiently worked through the details of getting us in our new SUV

Poor communication.

Poor communication. Too much time back and forth getting 'manager' approval. In the end, the only thing needing approval was a engine block heater although I paid full price ans was given misinformation about vehicle features
