Oil Change & Tire Rotation
Repair was done well and on time. Mark was great! Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Loved the popcorn, coffee, and TV viewing area. I will definitely come back.

Went in for oil change and tire rotatation. They were fast as always. I dont trust anyone else with my truck. I have been going there since i bought my truck there there in 2017.

Beyond expectations
Service experience was excellent. Mark kept all his promises, respecting my mobility issues and travel timeline. He also found my 'lost' fob which 3 other service employees failed to find.

Good service. Used shuttle service while vehicle unavailable to get dropped off and picked up in a nearby shopping area to do errands while waiting. Thank you.

Had my Equinox serviced
I had an oil change scheduled for 12/27/22 and to fix a broken tire sensor. Cameron was the tech that wrote up the paper work and kept me informed on my car's progress. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job keeping me informed. Feldman of Lansing has the most friendliest, professional employees to work with. It was a very positive and comfortable experience. I'm glad I bought my car from Kent at Feldman of Lansing.
